Overall, our stay was good. The room was nice and clean. The kids really enjoyed the big pool. I was just disappointed that two nights in a roll, I called the front desk to get an extra blanket and they never had one available. Other than that, everything was good.

I have stay in the hotel in the past but this time it was super loud. The room on my left side were having loud screaming sex and the one in front had kids running around and screaming all night. Funny part lobby call me for a noise complaint but it wasn’t us.

My family and I went to relax and enjoy the pool for one night. However late at night I heard alot of noise and it woke me. I’m not sure if people were checking in late at night but it sure sounded like it. At checkout I advised the front desk about the issue and it was quickly brushed off as if it meant nothing. Being there is numerous hotels to stay at I will think twice to chose that one again.

I got 3 rooms thinking they would be close by each other because I have little ones had to bunch up together and only use two rooms instead of 3

Victorville is an interesting place, we arrived late to the hotel with out family due to car issues and there where multiple homeless ppl on the parking lot and multiple very drunk hotels guests in the hotel. If you arrive late there is a Del Taco that is open late just around the corner from the hotel. The hotel itself is in so n so shape, but its a very functional stop. the pool is large although a bit desolate. Could need some more love but the kids loved it never the less.

My room was nice and it appeared to have been recently remodeled. I was impressed by the quality of the towels, soaps, shampoos, quietness, cleanliness, and staff. I was underwhelmed with the parking and the crowded entrance and surrounding areas due to a baby shower and community gathering. I was disappointed that we live in a country where a*sh*l*s feel the need to tag every single object with graffiti, but welcome to the CA desert. But, all that being said, I travel to the area regularly, and it is by far the best hotel in the area.
