The staff were friendly. The lobby, exterior, and room were all nice and clean. The pool was clean and the kids were able to go swimming, even when it was dark outside because it’s an indoor pool. Didn’t stay for breakfast as we got food on the go because we had to hit the road. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

The property, staff, breakfast etc was fine, but the walls are PAPER THIN. We had neighbors that blared headbanger metal music but because it wasn’t 10pm yet the front desk wouldn’t do anything about it. They did quiet down after 10pm, but then noise level came back (TV) at 430am for a time, then really got loud at 6:30am with inappropriate language for my kids to wake up to.

Booked the hotel while coming back from a family emergency in Albuquerque NM. Drove 12 hours, got to the hotel at 2am to check in only to be told that the hotel would not be providing the breakfast they advertise in their listing even though they charged full price for the room. Tried to have Expedia speak to them about some reimbursement or credit to the room price and was told that the manager stated if I didnt like the fact that they weren’t offering the services they advertised that I could have just cancelled and gone somewhere else. Pretty sure he doesn’t understand what traveling for 12 hours with children and trying to check into a hotel in a unfamiliar city and 2am is like. Very very let down.

They are nasty and the GM Toni Van Bastelaar is very rude and disrespectful my 1 year old daughter in I were around roaches this place is infested. Then he told me he has kids that been around bugs outside, which I don’t get how would he compare a paid room vs outside where bugs live . It’s sad I’m a single mother and we both have health conditions and have to rush me and my daughter things out of here .

Reserved a suite for 2 adults and 4 children. It said there were 2 queen beds in this suite. I figured they must have a pullout or hide a bed for the other 2 people. Nope just a regular hotel room with 2 queens. It was not a suite. It was regular sized. Was too tired from traveling all day to fight about it. And it was late. We were so tired we just slept 3 to a bed. Paid extra for nothing.

Stayed here overnight while traveling N on the I-15. Convenient location off the freeway with a few family dining options: Chili's across the parking lot and 2-3 restaurants around the area. Easy parking, easy check-in, easy access back to the freeway, safe little area, coffee options on parking lot too (Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts).

Great check in staff. Friendly staff, got to our room and it stunk of cigarette smoke and the cooler/heater think was hanging off the wall. But I called the front desk and the lady quickly apologized and came up with new key and a room on the same floor. Her great attitude made me so much more relaxed we had out 20 month old toddler with us so we were exhausted and she really made life easy for us.
