We have stayed here before and came back because we like the large rooms, comfy sheets and lovely breakfast. We had the same experience this time! Nice place to stay while visiting family.

This place is great for families. The staff was accommodating. The common area is used for a nice breakfast and at night they set up games and play sports on the tv. It was a great experience.

I asked for a late checkout, which was granted but the woman at the friend desk seemed annoyed that I asked. There were a lot of families staying at the hotel due to the local soccer tournament and I'm sure they knew about the demand for rooms and the number of reservations and a lot of staff (incl. bartenders at the bar) seemed not ready for the amount of guests.

Sadly my family had to stay her for a month. The staff was really nice, parking was good most of the time, hot tube was great, laundry on site was very helpful, gym was nice just not enough equipment. The things that are not good: every weekend they have a BUNCH of kids for sport so it’s VERY loud. Kids running up and down the halls or being very loud in their rooms next to us. The breakfast was ALWAYS THE SAME :/ got very boring. The eggs are weird and taste fake. And last getting my room cleaned was hard! They either wouldn’t come, or come when I was taking a nap I ended up cleaning my room myself a few times. Again very nice staff but for the price I’d suggest somewhere else.

Made it very easy on us traveling with a dog and gave us a ground floor room. Also accommodated a late check out because of a family event. The breakfast area was very clean. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable but could use some extra pillows. Road noise made it difficult to get to sleep. Noisy people in the hall woke us up early. Nevertheless it is a great location and the people working there are very nice. We will be back.

Check-in was fine. Front desk was very quick & friendly. Area around the hotel was quite sketchy - people meandering in parking area and surrounding hotels just didn’t have a good feel. My husband went down to bar area to get wine glasses and in his way back encounter a person in elevator with ankle monitor - loud and noisy that night to the point where it felt and sounded like they were in our room. A/C heating unit didn’t work very well. Room was dated and bathroom tile grout/tub was in need of maintenance or replacement. I would not stay here again. We were in area overnight for a family function.

The staff were kind and courteous. My room was well appointed and clean. They had games in lobby that was fun to play with children. Great having bar on site to have a drink without having to go out.

The full breakfast was so nice for us and our baby. The hot tub was nice and open unitl 10 which was nice since we were there for a softball tournament. the location was convenient too. Rooms were nice and spacious and clean.
