Stayed here due to family trip for Thanksgiving. Location was convenient. Facility was clean and inviting. Breakfast was good and staff kind and helpful. Did NOT care for having to pay to park there, was not caught prior to booking and will look for this going forward. Was told it was “customary” to have this charge, but did not see it at other hotels around the area and were surprised by this charge. 😬 The turkeys escaped the dinner table at the Hyatt and we got a good laugh over this!

Stayed here with the family for two nights for an all day Saturday conference. Great place to set as a base camp. Convenient to Prairie City and the Children’s Museum. Staff were very helpful.

My family and I spent the night for a friend’s son’s birthday the next day. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants less than a mile away. The hotel’s breakfast was great. Finally, it was safe and quiet. Would love to go there again!

I used a third party but everything still went very smooth! The staff were extremely friendly, resourceful, and understanding. The faculty was very sanitary and the room was very spotless with a comfortable bed (I usually miss my CA King firm bed at home, but not with this one!) - I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. I will be booking another stay this weekend and plan to stay here!!

Very friendly staff. Everything is good. Very clean and updated motel. Easy and close parking. Close to food and shopping. We have family in the area so this will be our go to motel.

Family oriented. My family stayed for 5 nights and it was fine, staff was really nice and the only thing that I noticed was the room not thoroughly cleaned when asked (wipe down the desk and the counters).
