Beautiful Hotel...my kids felt like they were in another country! Haha Yhe grounds are beautifully landscaped and the Hotel itself reminded me of Herst Castle. Lot of old charm. Cons: I dont like the late check in time.

It was just one night. It was a lovely place, but we were a bit surprised upon arrival of two additional costs -- parking and resort fee. Also a representative from Mission Inn called the day before to confirm the reservation and the accomodations, and they still got it wrong. Reserved a two bedroom and they assigned us a one bedroom. They were kind and switched it to a junior suite, but when we got to the room we had to climb three stairs to get into the room. Strange when I approached the check in desk riding a mobility scooter. The hostess just looked right through me and didn't even really pay attention to my needs.

Very nice hotel to visit but it’s expensive for dinning. Not great for families but very nice for couples. The only thing I didn’t like was probably my fault. It was the resort fee and parking price. I guess it was late and I over looked it, if not here is a friendly reminder 20 for self parking or 35 for valet per day.

Is a nice hotel, the pool is good size. In my personal opinion a little overpriced. I was expecting our room to be more aligned with the decor around the mission but it was very simple, I'm glad I booked via Expedia and did not paid a high fee for the room my family stayed in, definitely not worth more than $100 per night. Overall the staff was kind if friendly and welcoming. I did experience some issues with the self-parking card I was given but the issue was resolved promptly and the staff were very helpful.

Old and dirty hotel. We actually checked out 1hr after checking in. The first room assigned smelt of cigarette smoke and the second had an interconnecting door to what seemed like a rave next door. Not a good choice for families with children at all. This place is selling itself on the Instagram shot potential and not investing anything in the rooms or customer experience. Stay nearby in a better hotels and just take a walk through for those Instagram shots would be my advice.

Was given a room with noisy ac vent that did not let us sleep at night. The restroom door would get stuck and my children couldn’t open it. Also, there were cleaning service people in my room 2 hours after I checked in with the door closed and on their phones.

I am from North Orange county but never knew about this hotel and I am so glad that found out and went ! It is super beautiful place that make you feel like you arrived in Spain. Nice pool area for family and kids also. Super recommended you won't regret. Also reasonable pricing.
