Good experience, my family was comfortable. The room could have used more dusting felt like it was unused for a while. Overall I would come back.

The pool was under construction without any notification. We came to watch a soccer game and was counting on the pool to entertain my kids after ward. The person at the front desk who i fist spoke gave me the news without any apology a d was also very short and dry. He also send me away for at least 30min because his computer was down. Ohh well. Lucky when we got back the genteman was a lot friendly and checked us in with a bunch of apologies.

great staff, it under renovation right now that’s why i gave it a 3 star for property condition. the room was cery clean, open, plenty of space, met our needs. i recommend for families.

The two star review is not for the front desk staff they were great. The housekeeping staff gets two stars because my family and I had a late checkout and left the room and when we came back housekeeping was cleaning the room??!! I would not expect this type of posture from the Hyatt brand. The cleaning staff should be spoken to as I suspect this is not the first time this has occurred.

I was there for one night to visit family. It was very nice. Michelle at the front desk is very nice, quite friendly. Even the parking lot attendant was friendly. I will stay again.

I enjoyed my stay with family. The front staff specifically Kennita was pleasant and thorough in answering my questions. Breakfast was basic and plentiful. If I ever come back to Riverside I would definitely book with Hyatt. Lastly to my surprise they charge $25 daily parking, which I unhappily paid.

Much different experience than we had in San Diego. This is not the place to stay if you have small children staying with you lots of people there partying. Loud in the rooms and guest services doesn’t really react to the situation. The parking is ridiculous. Paid $23 per car and could barely find a spot to park because the hotel rents out parking spaces to downtown patrons.

The wake up to a fire alarm just ruined it for us. People stomping upstairs didn’t help. Room was large and comfy but too loud to relax. We were up late and being woken up by the fire alarm because some kid put cheese in the toaster really messed up our day. Not the good night sleep we had hoped for.
