Overall the friendliness of the staff made things better, but I paid 60 dollars in parking , and trying to park was a nightmare, the with the cost of the room and parking together there is no way we should of experienced that type of issue , I had my wife and kid with me and felt unsafe .

I had booked the junior suite with a king bed. When I arrived to the hotel they told me that they did not have what I booked from hotels.com. They gave me a small room instead with a king bed. I had paid extra for the junior suite and then got robbed of that room and had to settle with a cheaper priced room for the price of a junior suite

Hotel was clean and comfortable. However, worse hotel experiences ever. Due to traffic and late start, I called to confirm my reservation for 2 queen beds and that we be arriving around midnight and after. Hotel staff confirmed my reservation. Arrived after midnight, no 2 queen beds room. All sold out. We end up with a king size room with 2 adults and 2 children. They compensate with free breakfast and free parking. However, due to long drive and bad accidents and on the road for 7 hours+, this bad hotel experience made it a lot worse.

I didn’t like the fact that there was a power outage and the staff wasn’t more 4th coming on information about it or a plan to make the customers feel safe. The breakfast was good but waiters at the hotel were terrible. They looked unorganized. Asked for a high chair for the two kids and got neither so we had to go and grab them ourselves. Son accidentally knocked over a glass and no one showed up after we asked. No direction or leadership. Coffee was gross with non flavored creamer. I’m not saying always have flavored creamer but at the very least list options on your menu especially if people are paying top price at the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here for many reasons. Number one is the staff. They are awesome. From the greeting when we walked in the front doors till our checkout. Everyone was friendly, accomodating, and exceptionally eager to help. Our reason for visiting is that a part of our family lives in this neighborhood now and we were in town for a party. We took them to breakfast and the food was amazing. We had bragged about how our first breakfast buffet was so good that they were eager to join us. Also, its a great value. The "omelette guy" sorry I forgot his name, was not only friendly but he makes an amazing omellete!! We will definitely stay here next time were in town and also tell all our friends and family!!
