My family stay at this hotel quite often, its clean, close to great restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We love it.

Based on the rating of excellent, I was very disappointed. It is a motel, not a hotel. The furniture is chipped and cracked. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Not a place where you would take a date or your family.

Old, small room, no continental breakfast available, traffic noise. Disappointing. Would not stay there if ever had to go back to Riverside again! Left a day early due to death in the family. Now have to contend with site that reservation was made thru per owner.

Don’t judge this hotel by what you see on the outside-older building, but very nice. Room was small but for one night who cares. The room was very clean, bed very comfortable. I usually bring my own pillow but decided not to this time. Two very fluffy feather pillows, slept like a baby! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice, family hotel-everything was clean and updated. The downtown area does have homeless people that hang around especially at night.
