Best Western Plus Arrowhead Hotel

It was very spacious but the pull out mattress was so old and my poor child was so uncomfortable sleeping on it. He was ready to get out of there. The staff was very nice.

Check in was easy. Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Everything about our stay was great but the room was not properly cleaned. We were told it was a non smoking hotel which was a must for us with our children, one being a newborn. Our second day in my daughter found a vape smoking pen and had it in her mouth. Thankfully she didn’t inhale any smoke but I reported it to the front desk and was told they would look into it. Prior to checking out I asked for a follow up and the front desk knew nothing about the situation so it was frustrating. It’s a great hotel my only suggestion would be to thoroughly check your room when first entering.

Great for a last minute booking. I had questions before booking and I was able to get through to the registration desk quickly. Good for kids! The breakfast was good for kiddos.

I didnt like this hotel and i would never stay here again the walls was dirty in the bathroom kids was running and making alot noise over my head didnt have much variety for breakfast they dont give u enough wash rags and towels my daughter went downstairs to ask the girl for more wash rags and towels and she said they didnt have many how is that only gave us 2 wash rags and hand towls then the key card to open my room door wouldnt work have to keep going down to the front desk a few times so the front desk could fix it

It was a family trip and we had a great time. It was relaxing.

Stayed here for one night prior to going to L.A. the room was so spacious for us family of 6. The beds are so comfy and the sheets were clean. The bathroom was a good size. Wished that the fan was working because after each shower the bathroom is full of steam. The breakfast was delicious. And the dining area was so beautifully decorated.

Easy check in.. my kids loved the pool! We came for a soccer tournament and if we came here again we will definitely book this hotel again

Too run down and a wet-moldy smell for the price that they charge a night. The elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor with a baby. We were given the option to stay or not since elevator was broken, but where else were we going to go on short notice? Would not recommend.

Property location was nice, as it was right off of the freeway. Upon checkin, we were placed in a room with a leak in the ceiling, to the extent that the ceiling was warped and pieces of the drywall were falling to the floor. My husband called downstairs to the front desk, and they promptly moved us to a different room. Upon entering the new room, we noticed the bathroom was not clean (there was a thick red residue on the counter tops, and the floor of the bathtub was dirty with footprints.) We had just driven 4 hours from Las Vegas with three children, so moving rooms again did not sound ideal. The beds were good, extra sheets and blankets provided in the closet. The amenities offered in the bathroom were good, (shampoo, conditioner, soap bars, etc were in the bathroom already). The water in the hotel shower did not get above a lukewarm temperature. Continental breakfast was offered, but we did not partake. Overall, if we just needed a place to sleep, it was not bad for the price point.
