Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage

The checkin process was very quick. The gentleman who checked us in was so nice. I like the spacious room and double sink vanity. Especially the high water pressure of the shower, save us a lots time for a family of four. We will come back when we watch the Indian Wells Open again.

I didn't like that one of the front desk personal dismissed when I went to go complain about the bed in my room. I went at 8:00am in the morning to get the problem addressed and he did not put in a work order and never addressed my concern. 10 hours later I had to go to the front desk where Karla helped our family with our concern and provided us with a different room. We had to move rooms a few times as the other rooms where not suitable to stay the night. We have stayed at the resort for years and this is the first time we had to deal with certain circumstances.

Always enjoy my stay. Wonderful place for staycation. It has all the amenities on site. Day Spa that is my favorite. The food & drinks at any of the restaurant are excellent, esp. the Steakhouse. In room dining is always a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Concerts and shows, just check out the schedule. This is a wonderful hotel for children. The are event rooms to host a family gathering or reunion.

Excellent place to visit the best hotel. We have stayed at by far on our road trip in the last 30 days. Conveniently located if you want to visit Joshua Tree National Park. Our room was spacious and very clean with fantastic facilities at an excellent pool for our children to play in.

Excellent place to stay, would recommend to my friends and family

This by far was the best hotel I’ve stayed at. I didn’t realize there was free valet parking until I was checking in. But I didn’t mind as I also found parking right outside hotel. As we went into room, the first thing I noticed were the bathroom, it was huge! It had both tub and shower. The pillows were also very comfy. The room even had a fridge. In the afternoon my family and I went to casino. I registered for a card and won $250 credit play. During time in the casino, staff was very helpful. Drinks were well priced, and everything was clean. The next day we had breakfast downstairs and food was pretty good. My mom ended up losing her bag and we looked everywhere but security and staff helped us find it. Someone had seen it and returned it by the pool. Staff is amazing here. I will definitely be going back.

The property is beautiful, especially the pool, house keeping was exceptional until the last day when we returned back to our room at 11 pm as we had an early flight. Immediately upon entering our room there was a horrible smell , we called the front desk and they sent up house keeping . House keeping told us to pack our stuff and call the front desk to get another room. You could smell that it was something septic and that you couldn’t stay in the room . Management informed us that there was not 1 room available for us and that they would try to find us another property. They found us a 3 star holiday inn 15 min away that we would have to drive too , it’s now after midnight . When we arrived at the other property we were told we could not stay unless we paid the $159 US room charge . I was not paying another dime . We returned back to the Agua Caliente at 2am explaining that this is insane and they would have to find somewhere for us to sleep for 4 hours . They did find a room but it would have to be cleaned as they have standards, which was amusing to me as 4 hours earlier management told us it would be fine for us to remain in our septic gas smelling room . We got into a beautiful room at 3 am . I kept thinking to myself what if this was my parents or a family with small children . I was in disbelief with managements treatment of us and if there really wasn’t another room available for situations like this, I don’t want to ever return to a property run like this.

Staff extremely friendly and accommodating the concierge Todd was especially kind and thoughtful in sending us a special gift for our anniversary/engagement. A surprise that blew us away will definitely recommend this place to family and friends and a return trip for us in the future!

It has been 20 years since I was here last. The casino and hotel are beautiful. The hotel, valet and bell staff were stellar. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and visited the Waters Cafe and pool. I was sad to observe the children in the pool playing and throwing the decorative stones in the pool. The pool furniture was quite dirty from spilled drinks and lack of busing. The bar/wait staff were working quite hard but just couldn't keep up.

My family and I visited the hotel for the very first time. The accommodations were amazing. The staff were very friendly. The pool area was extremely enjoyable. Small incident towards the end of the day, but overall the experience was better than expected.
