It was a family vacation, the hotel was accommodating when I needed a blanket, it arrived almost immediately. The food was delicious and the amount was abundant. The staff was very friendly and was also very professional during check in, during our stay and at check out. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a hotel when visiting Palm Springs.

We love staying here during the summer, WISH MANAGEMENT Would consider keeping the pool open until Midnight.. It’s still hot and they close at 10pm while families are still having fun..

We recently stayed at Home Suites and liked clean rooms, amenities and location. However, the check-in process was unfortunately quite frustrating. The staff member at the front desk seemed overwhelmed and short with all the guests. While we understand being short-staffed can be challenging, her passive-aggressive tone and lack of assistance were disappointing. In our case, she refused to check in my husband even though the reservation was under my name. This caused unnecessary stress, especially since we had a 1 year old child with us. It would have been much more helpful if she had offered solutions, like explaining alternative check-in options. Despite this experience, we did enjoy our stay. However, some improvements in customer service training, especially regarding handling busy periods and communication, would be beneficial.

First no where did it say that there was construction happening and the dust set our sinuses off. There was no dining tables to eat breakfast that was set up in a different room. Spent Friday out exploring all day and when we got back at 8 the whole hotel was dark, no electricity at all. We were given glow sticks that broke all over us. All of our food that was in the refrigerator went bad. Electricity did not come back on all night until 5 in the morning. It was hot and very uncomfortable. Went to set up table where check in is at and asked for compensation and all she said she could compensate was the parking fee!!! My family and I have been staying at this hotel since it opened. We are very disappointed

It was perfect for our family of 4. 2 bedrooms is a must. Also has a full size fridge, microwave and 2 electric burners, as well as pots, pans, plates, silverware etc. The pool is saltwater, so no stench of chlorine, and plenty of pool towels and chairs. We really enjoyed our stay. Only dislike was that they charge for parking ($10/day), which feels gross because you have to drive there. It’s not close to a major airport and there are ZERO food options walking distance. Not feasible to Uber to get food. There are a couple grocery stores like a mile and change away, so you can get stuff for the room. But if you’re like me, I don’t want to cook on vacation. All in all, I would definitely stay here again!!

This place never disappoints. It’s always clean and staff is friendly. What I love about this hotel is that it’s very spacious and it has a lot of storage for families. My go-to when I’m around Palm Springs.
