Amazing stay at the Hilton!! First time of many stays I believe. Very clean rooms and facility throughout not very crowded. Spend time in the pool with my kid and she loved it!! Very kid friendly hotel. Close to shopping center and restaurants. Only downfall is that they do not take Apple Credit Card as form of down payment for the incentives.

the hotel was nice food was very cold but the service team was great. the hotel had a great pool, and lots of kids when we were there, The bar my daughter said was nice, price of drinks was reasonable but very weak in alcohol content. the area is very nice a nice circle of shopping no activities to attend features museums, and nothing to attract one's attention to return to Palmdale/Lancaster area

I stay here every time I have to visit my in-laws and it’s clean and quiet every time. Also the kids enjoy the pool and my wife and I enjoy the jacuzzi.

Room was good, hotel clean, but I did not like the room floor plan, the bathroom / shower is very small, sink is in the main room, so its' a bit uncomfortable if your're traveling with friend, family, not much space to change in the bathroom and its uncomfortable to have someone brushing their teeth, or getting ready in the main room. I wouldn't stay here again if i'm traveling with anyone i'm not comfortable enough.

I kept calling to get housekeeping for the entire 8 days I was there never once did they come clean up the room. Not that it was crazy messy but I’m paying for what I’m paying for plus I stayed there with my kids so it’s bound to get messy.. trash bags and a vacuum would’ve been nice .. I expected someone to come clean it, I called like the 3rd day to mention I’ve been calling for housekeeping to come the girl at the front desk said she’d tell a supervisor to come up and talk to me they never showed. I saw a housekeeping at a different room everyday but never mine. And I called and called. I was really disappointed.
