I booked a room for myself and then I booked another room for a family member. They said I cannot book 2 rooms. They are keeping my money and Expedia will not give me a refund. How does that make any sense? You robbed me for my money and you won’t give me what I paid for that is completely unacceptable disrespectful and wrong and I probably should contact the Better Business Bureau and report Expedia and the property that I stayed at.

My family and I love to come here every time we come to Palmdale it’s affordable and the staff is amazing I sleep comfortable and the coffee is sooo good I will definitely be coming back there’s no doubt about that !!

Twenty minutes after we checked in we received a call saying the water would be turned off because of a water leak. Obviously they knew it when we checked in but never gave us the chance to leave. It was out for 3 hours. I tried to FaceTime with our grandkids but the wifi was too weak to do so. Awful breakfast.....couldn't wait to get out of there!

We had to move room because they had a toddler crying all day and night But we understand We asked to be moved and they moved us into a suite that was super nice The bad thing is that the cleaning lady walked in my husband when he was changing And 2 hours latter she walked n and saw me all naked!
