Embassy Suites Palmdale

The rooms were spacious. Breakfast had a variety of buffet style/order made items that the kids enjoyed as opposed to other hotels who may have 2-3 items with coffee as the only beverage.

We have been here twice now with my family and each time it has been great! Love the indoor pool and the staff is always friendly. Only feedback is the AC did not seem to be working too well in our room.

Always love staying here when I visit family in Palmdale. Great location. Always clean. Great Breakfast. Great for families.

We reserved a suite for my family, we had more then enough space, room was clean and bed was comfortable, check in and out was simple and receptionist was very welcoming, the breakfast was delicious and the two ladies in the restaurant area where very sweet.

As soon as you come in you could feel the comfort and hospitality. Rooms are always clean and spacious. The buffet bar has a variety of food for the whole family . The bar has different types of alcohol and beers nice little area so you could unwind and meet people and socialize. Total recommend

Books months in advance for a trip i planned. Showed up exhausted at checkin time 3pm ready to go to sleep with my family. Room wasnt ready and told id be called in 15-20 minutes, i called about 45 minutes later while sitting in lobby cause the line was long. They were asking to place me in another room, i said as long as it has what i already paid for. They said one was available for me. I then got cards for our room and by 430 i was able to finally get to my room to pass out. I had asked for late checkout but they didnt get back to me about that. I was told twice id get points added for rewards for some inconveniences but i didnt reserve through Hilton app. So idk where those "points" went. I was soooo sleepy but i thanked them happily and didnt express how frustrated i was. The lady at the counter was already suppose to be off of work, so i feel she was stressed as well. Next day they knocked earlier than check out time to see if we were ready to get out. Lol. also cant ever find carts for luggage here available so each time i went down and came back up loading my car i was asked if we were all leaving already. I dont like leaving bad reviews but Most likely wont stay here again. I will say that the employees i interacted with at front desk, bar area, and breakfast area were all nice.

Always a nice stay at this location. We always stay here when visiting family. Convenient b parking. Safe and hospitable staff.

The hotel looks extremely old and run down. I asked for top floor room, I got second and it was extremely dirty and the only usb port for my cellphone to charge didn’t work. I was moved to top floor where the room was even dirtier and noisier. Not to mention, both rooms, the ac intake, filter vents were caked with dust and what looked like mold. I wish I took pictures now, but at that point I started having a mild asthma attack. I took my inhaler and was ok enough to get back downstairs and check out that same evening. Of course now I have to fight with this disgusting hotel to get my money back. Still trying. One last note, rooms smelled extremely strong for about 20 minutes when I first got into the rooms. I tried to shrug off a lot , but these things were too much that I couldn’t relax. I felt dirty. The rooms are run down and not actually cleaned. Trash already in trash cans. Trash on the floor. Toothpicks on the floor under the table. Thank god I didn’t have my baby with me.

The shower pressure was my favorite part! We came from OC for a family party at a ranch. Everything especially the friendly staff was amazing

This Embassy Suites Hotel is always my go to for myself or visiting family and friends. Everyone on the staff is friendly and welcoming!
