I had a great experience. I checked in late due to traffic and even though they didn’t have to, they allowed me and my family to check out an hour after without raising the price.

Its was a very short stay but very comfortable for my family

I paid for the one bedroom suite and he checked me in to my room and I walk up to my room and it’s not the one bedroom suite so I call front desk right away and he said the room I paid for was unavailable and this is all they have and there is nothing I can do about it. I explained to him my kids and i won’t fit in the room and I want to cancel the room is untouched still… he said nothing he can do because I’m already checked in and I have to see if you guys would cancel….. it’s my sons 10th birthday and it was getting late already so I said I can’t do that can I get moved to my suite I paid for and he said again nothing I can do and no management Available…. I went down and was forced to get a connected room and he said yea the room next to you is so I booked it and paid another 236 dollars and when I walked into that room it was even smaller and NOT A Connected room to my main room…. I tried to deal with it but I’m going back and forth with my youngest son room to room and forced to leave my daughter in the room alone at times because I’m going back and forth in the hallway between rooms because it’s unsafe to leave kids alone in the room… so now I’m half a grand forced to spend and can’t sleep because I’m checking on my kids from room to room…… on top of it one of the rooms climate control is not working at all (no ac and no heater and my kids and freezing ) I complained numerous times but they keep telling me there is no manager and nothing they can do for me
