Element Palmdale

The room was very spacious. Yep adults and two children and we didnt feel like we were jammed packed or climbing over one another.Close to various shopping places. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Staff was kind, down to earth, professional and efficient. Environment was clean and rooms felt like home away from home. My family and I love it here.

We were staying with a group of people for the weekend. We had called the week before to request to have all the rooms on the same floor so the kids could easily hang with each other. We arrived for check in on time and were told I could not be on the same floor because all the rooms that were left were for Long Term Residents. We were very disappointed but understood if all the rooms were already filled. Two hours later the last person from our group arrived and wouldn't you know it they put them on the same floor as our group. I went back to ask why was my request to be on the same floor as the group denied yet my friend who arrived two hours later got a room on the same floor as our group? They tried to give me a different excuse as to why I could not get a room with my group earlier today. She denied telling me that the reason I could not move was due to no rooms being left. She basically lied to my face. I was very upset to have caught them lying. Just be honest for crying out loud people. Other than being lied to the property was beautiful, lots of places to shop and eat in walking distance. No jacuzzi and the pool was tiny but worked for the kids.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in personally with my family It was very clean It had a whole kitchen in the room, the restroom was very big Comfortable bed king size The staff was very nice and helpful.Breakfast was delicious ,also it’s placed on a spot you have all the stores you can walk to Smart and final , Target,BestBuy,JambaJuice,and a lot more stores .Overall I rate this hotel a 5 star 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

We decided to try this place again, well 4 months past the last visit and still no pool or hot tub. The two search necessities are Breakfast and pool when we travel with kids, that should be the reason these places are $60-70 more than motel 6, book the room at full price, it’s listed as having a pool and hot tub but they are under repair, so what a waist, kids mad, now they are stuck in the room with us all night/ day.

This property is fantastic! For over a year now our family has traveled to Palmdale almost monthly for youth sports. We've stayed in the good, the bad, and the ugly, yikes! This hotel is by far the best. It's clean, priced right, and gorgeous. Free continental breakfast to fuel up before games and free parking. As long as the price doesn't sky rocket, we'll stay here from now on. Thank You Element Palmdale!

This is a nice place to stay. 2 EV charging spots are great. I made a reservation for 4 guest and since only 3 ended up staying. I requested the $20.00 extra guest charge to be refunded, the lady at the front desk said that there wasn't an extra charge. looking at my reservation there is an extra $20.00 charge. Regardless, I will stay at this place again, my family liked the property.
