Courtyard Palmdale

Traveling with family, we had 3 rooms for a 2 night stay. The rooms were fine, but the showers were COLD!

Our trip was Amazing!! We had a good time. We came to visit family, and the staff was friendly and very professional.

No parking close to the property available. Also, thought I has booked the place for one night and when I realized it was two I tried to change it because of a family emergency and they told me I couldn’t do it. So I was out of money and had to stay an extra night when I didn’t need it

I love Marriott properties. They are consistently comfortable. My room was comfortable. However. They need to do some updates at this property, especially the windows and carpets. My room faced the freeway. I wasn’t concerned because I have been in the situation at other properties before and have had rooms face major streets or freeways but have never had an issue. However, at this hotel, the noise was unbearable. I finally dozed off a bit only to be awakened by a construction doing something on the side of the freeway. The truck moved slowly and it was constant beeping for 15 minutes. It sounded like an alarm so that’s probably why I woke up. And then. There was stomping above me. I have been in rooms with kids running around before but I don’t know what this was. It was on the middle of the week and I didn’t see any kids around. But the stomping also sounded louder because it didn’t seem like the carpet absorbed the noise. I did not get any sleep. Positive: Great staff and room was clean and comfortable.
