My wife paid for parking and I met my family there after work in my vehicle. I was there only a few hours in the night between my work shifts. I went to my vehicle at 3am and there was a paper on my dashboard threatening that they will two my vehicle. Huh?? We paid a couple hundred dollars for the room, my wife paid for her parking, and they want to tow my vehicle? They have a huge parking lot and about half full, the rooms are not cheap, but they charge for parking and will tow if you don't pay for one of your vehicles to park. I don't understand these hotels that charge extra for parking, do they think people will walk there to get a rom? What is next, to charge extra for use of the toilettes?

Overall a pleasant stay for a weekend reunion with the kids! The bell staff and valet were very courteous and made the arrival process very smooth, which was especially important for traveling with a baby. Although we called ahead to have cribs placed in our room but they were not there. We would have also preferred our rooms to be closer together as we were travelling with kids (and had requested it ahead). That said, they were able to accomodate same floor. The room itself was spacious and generally clean (except with some used lotion remaining in the bathroom and hair we found). Thank you for having us!
