The room was nice and spacious. The main thing that stood out was the personnel. Every person who worked there was so nice. I had not had such nice engaging people from every dept before. The least personable was the front desk they were nice. It was nice having an outdoor seating area off the dining room was very nice to have with small kids and not one used the area but us. It was a nice patio.

They have robot room delivery system! My kids loved ordering something from downstairs just to see the robot come to the room. Breakfast was delicious, even the decaf coffee was tasty. Parking was safe and easy, and our room fit 4 very comfortably.

It was so amazing, we had good time staying there even one night . It was so quiet. The room is spacious, it has kitchen which is plus for me. I made soup for my kid who got hungry in the middle of the night. The front desk people are so friendly and treated me with respect.

Great stay! The studio is spacious and comfortable. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Everything out family needed and more.

My family spent 6 days at this hotel for USA water polo Junior Olympics and college tours. The suite is very spacious with a full kitchen and a comfy living room. It's located near airport, close to all the major highways, easy access to all the game hosting sites. The breakfast is also very nice, starting 6am everyday. We also love their FLOWATER machine that provides fresh and crispy water. Staff is very friendly, parking is super easy, Wifi is good, and laundry room runs 24 hours. Everything is great here and we will definitely come back!

We enjoyed having the kitchenette. It made it very easy to travel with a toddler. The hotel also had set up a pack and play for our child with fresh sheets and a soft blanket. The blackout blinds were also very helpful.

First I want to make it clear the employees were very friendly. But The Hyatt House Irvine Hotel has a cold vibe. It's a business and the management runs it as a business. It definitely does not have a warm atmosphere for families or even friends. It is strictly for business people traveling and they run it as such. Even the response from management in an email was them just trying to prove they are right. The Courtyard Marriott in Irvine comps one car and if needed will comp a second car with a smile. They don't have a sign right in front of your face for parking fees at check in. At the Marriott Courtyard you feel like a guest!
