I don’t realize the pool was indoors. It was very humid and loud with kids in there. Also no hot tub

Spacious suite for a family of six; great breakfast. Parking is $27 a night and a little bit of a trek from the hotel.

We had a great time staying here loved that they helped acomódate our family when the type of room we needed was not available anymore but loved the upgrade sadly it did not have working AC in one of the rooms but they did give us a fan and that was a life saver

had an issue with the ac not working properly in the room nobody checked on it until i went down the next day and complained,they switched my room after verifing the ac not working, and they gave me a smaller room w one bed and sofa instead of 2 queens and a sofa, one of my kids jad to sleep on the floor, totally dissapointed with the way it was handled.

2nd time staying here, think it's going be the last time. At check in, the lady told 1 of the agents younger newer guy that upgrades are available and he just ignored her and quickly checked us in. When we arrived at the room my kids found a used bangage in the pull out couch. . It was hairs in the shower and the pillows was very flat this time. Overall clean Ness of the room was 4 out of 10.

Hotel is in a nice area. Room was cleaned but still dirty... asked for room to be touched up, staff came and started wiping the toilet with a rag and then used the same rag to wipe the bathtub, so we cleaned it ourselves so the kids could use the bath.... was double charged on one day for parking, front desk quickly adjusted it. Rooms are quiet. Probably wouldn't choose this property again.
