Marriott is my go to hotel chain. This location has beautiful views, our room was specifically the Bayview suite. I would just recommend that if you are going to go out on the balcony with a toddler, that you make sure to really watch them. I would recommend staying here!

Last minute trip to So Cal and we didn't know if the adult kids would show up or not. We booked the two room suite and it was perfect for kids coming and going! Location is central to everything without the beachfront prices. We would definitely stay again with or without the kids. Very prompt service for extra towels and a blanket. Only suggestion…coffee at 6 instead of 6:30. I’m an early bird and need my wake up brew!

Every year I stay at this hotel for the Newport jazz festival and the minute I check in I ask for Eddie he takes up my bags and gets me ice or anything else I need he is absolutely the best staff there , I could stay elsewhere but he’s the reason I check in at the Marriott also the other staff so nice and I love the food at vista kitchen everything is delicious plus out door dinning by the fire pits and the bay view .I’ll definitely be back during summer with my whole family .If you’re in Newport Beach definitely check in here it’s amazing.

It was conveniently located to our family in Newport Beach. The decor is outdated in the rooms and there was no safe for our valuables.

Bathroom shower door didn't close and wallpaper was old and peeling off wall in bathroom. Refrigerator needs to be larger for family needs. Curtains in bedroom did not close fully, so could offer not full privacy. Carpeting in hallways seem a little old. Need to have safe in room for guests

Beautiful view from the pool. Very nice area for kids to play. The hotel has lots of water toys for the pool. The food was great! The staff was very nice and accommodating. I look forwarding to staying again.

This facility could use an update. Weird room layout made it hard to accommodate travel with kids. Doors to room don’t open all the way, air turns off when slider door is open, bathroom in our room was a Jack and Jill bath and one door didn’t have a lock on it so we were walking in on each other trying to use the restroom or shower. Parking was expensive considering the location of the facility is more of a business district than in a tourist area. Overall clean and beds were comfy but considering room size was decent, with all beds pulled out, there was zero room to walk and we all kept stubbing our toes on the bed frames. Would work ok with 2-3 people in room but really tight with anymore and the no locks on doors was definitely an issue.

When we got to the hotel, we were greeted pleasantly by the staff and they are all friendly. Checking in was so fast. The hotel is nice and very clean. When we get to our room, our kids were amazed because we had a separate bedroom and we love the spacious living room and bathroom. We had the partial view room of the bay. Definitely will come back here.
