They property and staff where great very friendly atmosphere. The cleanliness of the property was on point no compliant from the wife and no weird herb smells. Overall 10 out of 10 from me and my family

It’s good for family Disney and safe a drive

An amazing, well worth it! I had debated staying at a Disney Resort but the savings that this hotel offered while still providing an amazing experience were well worth it! The front desk staff was incredible--fast, friendly, knowledgeable and very capable of meeting your needs for an excellent stay. The rooms were perfect. My young children slept great on the trundle beds with a privacy wall between us which felt very spacious. The room was clean the bathroom, closet and other amenities were abundant and high quality. Parking lot was a breeze and the walk to downtown Disney was easy and well mapped out by the front desk. The breakfast was a godsend--delicous and hearty before a big day. I can't say enough good things. This is an incredible and affordable option that is well worth the price and does not feel at all like you are missing the Disney magic.

Good hotel in the area. It is a bit too far to walk to the park with little kids. Free breakfast is a bonus

Front desk staff were wonderful and accomodating. Rooms were spacious and perfect for our family. Walking distance and/or short uber ride to Disneyland. Will be returning!

Made a reservation for me and my family to only go check in late at night for them to tell me they can’t accommodate me and my family. Ended up having to drive all the way home after a long day in Anaheim.

The Springhill Suites was the perfect place for our party of 4 (3 adults, 1 child). The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were great. The kitchen in our room made keeping snacks and drinks available really easy. The staff were amazing, Gladys at the front desk was so lovely and helpful, and the ladies that ran the breakfast were cheerful and on top of everything. The pool area is great, lots of seating and they even had blow up toys to play with. The ART stop is right in front of the hotel, and the ride to Disney was about 10 min, so very easy. We will stay here again next trip for sure.

Great stay - Disney visitors need to be aware of time they allow kids to make lots of door noise! Before 8 am at least 50 times we heard doors smacking the lock to hold door open! Extremely annoying.

The property was great. However we never have our room tidied up during our visit and we decided to this time since there are not enough places to hang towels in the bathroom for a family. They didn’t tidy anything up or bring new towels.
