Great hotel, just not enough outlets by the bed. None in the lamps or anywhere near the bed. Had to plug phones in across the room. Also tiny tiny trashcans with no liners. Not great for baby diapers.

This was the second time we decided to stay at Disneyland Hotel because it is convenient for the baby to take a nap during the day and come back in the evening. We got our room around 6pm (3 hours after regular check in) and it was not the type of room we reserved. We also found an open bag of chips from previous guests. The following day, we needed to leave one hour after check out but hotel cut the phone service so we couldn’t even request assistance from bellboys. Obviously, there are many other options around the parks that are cheaper but because of the baby we decided to pay more for the comfort. Nevertheless, this time didn’t fulfill our expectations.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was my first time and most likely will not be my last. It was a challenge to walk back and forth to the hotel and parks; my kids where really exhausted but overall they loved it. I would recommend for sure.

Pool area was not completely open. Water slides were closed and didn’t know when booked. Pool is aged, needs some repairs- maybe offer discounted price until repairs are completed? Good options are limited on site- the restaurants are open to public so fills up quick and if you don’t have a reservation- you will have to end up getting food to go. I wish they made more restaurants on site for hotel guests only. Also, more food options. Room service had good options but there was no other restaurant around which offered those options for sitting down with a meal. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Spent our time at the pool- and ate all our meals there. Which was just ok. Not great. I wish the resort had more activities for the kids- offered at the hotel, besides the pool.

Need more free activities for the kids to do for when families stay in the hotel legoland california is a good example free breakfast staying while families stay in the hotel just like legoland and honestly i thought maybe disneyland will be better than legoland but honestly legoland has been far out the best hotel just because what everything legoland comes with i always go to legoland for my son birthday or just family vacation this time i wanted to see what disneyland had but .........nope staff was nice and sweet and helpful but i my family and i will definitely just stick with legoland maybe one day someone in disneyland should go see what legoland california hotel has than here. But thank you staff you were all amazing

Food was excellent . Service was terrible. Construction was limiting the pool, no waterslide. Hard to contact the front deak for anything . Housekeeping skipped us. Very disappointing. Expedia didnt convey we were going with 2 kiddos. We got no kiddo special treatment. The magic was not there

The hotel was perfect for our family Disneyland trip. All the staff were considerate and helpful, from the housekeepers to the front desk. This was our first time staying and we will be happy to come back the next Disney trip.
