I liked the way the staff behaved, as well as the location of the hotel close to Disneyland. The kids loved the water slide.

You are paying for that back entrance. The new pool was lovely, but in general, the hotel is pretty standard to what you find on the main drag for half the price. HOWEVER, that back entrance is really lovely - so much more pleasant to go into the park without a crowd and also very direct to downtown disney, which we liked for dinner and the lego store. If you're going to the Disney park, it's more of a walk than other area hotels, so young families might not prefer this one, but those who spend most days in Cal Avt will LOVE it for that single reason .

Enjoyed the hospitality from the staff especially Jerry and Robert. When our family decides to come back to Disney again we would love to stay with Paradise Pier/The Pixar Hotel. What a warm welcome and enjoyable stay!

I booked 4 nights at the hotel I didn’t receive and email about the work being done till too late to cancel. Things were broken in the room and just trying to get in and out of the hotel was a struggle. I had to leave in the middle of my stay for a family emergency as well.

Room was filthy bathroom had stains on the toilet and sink we had to switch rooms. Loud construction at 0800 woke my family up . No elevator in parking garage so we had to move all our luggage 3 flights of stairs . Very disappointed. Not worth the price .

When I made the reservation, I was not informed of the massive renovation that is taking place at the hotel. We did not know that there were no elevators in the parking structure, no restaurants in the hotel, not even a lobby to check into our rooms. We were with our grandchildren, and had a hard time providing dinner for them after our day at the park. We paid a lot for two rooms, but do not feel that we got our money's worth. Either the hotel should just close, or the room rates should be lowered to accommodate for the inconveniences, which are pretty extensive. Our trip was spoiled by our experience at the hotel.

My family and I loved our stay at the Disney Paradise Pier Hotel. We were greeted and assisted throughout our stay by the most friendly, happy, courteous, and very helpful staff. Our rooms beautifully decorated with Disney Charachers, the beds very comfortable, and the view to the parks were spectacular, especially at night time. Nothing but praises for Disney Paradise Pier Hotel.

It’s a nice 3 star hotel and stayed there before. My kids are older now and decor furniture is pretty outdated, with some rips and tears on the sofa. They said state that renovations will start and change the theme. I think price point should have been cheaper since no magic morning available at this time.
