Came here after a not so good trip in 2022 big difference coming back 2 years later. Got the jr. Suite room was spacious came with a little kiddie castle for the kids restroom was small but ok for what we needed. Beds could have been better felt like i was sinking in but overall room was great. Has a pool area that was very lively and was extremely enjoyable especially for the kids as well as transportation to the theme park and back. This place completety changed for the best for us and we are looking forward to coming back soon.

The overall stay was fine. Parking is $30 extra, not quite how they advertise it. Breakfast is also an extra fee - $20 a plate. The room was very spacious and the courtyard view was quiet and pleasant - being away from the freeway and the noise was appreciated. The shampoo/soaps provided were inadequate as well, but they’ll gladly sell you better ones. All-together it was fine, but the more you’re willing to pay, the better your experience will be. We only stayed the night and couldn’t take advantage of their facilities much, but the decor is very cute and might be good for a longer stay with family. Also; for some reason housekeeping came knocking on our door repeatedly at 9am. It was very disruptive and unappreciated.

We had a nice trip and stay. It has been a while since we stayed here but remembered that our previous experience was pleasant. They had a nice Easter set up for guests with children. Friendly staff and professional. Highly recommend.

Always stay here, my 5 year old specifically asked to stay here during his spring break to hang out in his castle bed! Always love the decorations. Loved the breakfast buffet, perfect for our family. The princess is truly incredible and so wonderful with kids. Always recommend, always have a wonderful time. My only “complaint” this trip was at check in. I noticed the addition of signing off that staff wears security buttons now and I asked the staff about it, only out of concern because I didn’t remember seeing it before. It was emailed to me, I signed off on it, and I have no problem, the signs were everywhere but I just asked out of concern and the staff member slightly spoke down to me over it “everyone voted and it passed” I just felt like I was being judged as if I didn’t agree and I was just concerned that something happened to someone at my favorite hotel.

The hotel was lovely and kids enjoyed the hotel aspect of the hotel! The staff was pleasant mostly! The restaurant in the facility was not amazing the food was generic mostly and expensive and the staff was in our opinion rude. Not sure it’s staffed by hotel or a separate group though. The bar and hotel were also not together which was very odd to my party! Otherwise w elo ed the stay the rooms were great and the oool/hot tub were clean also the grounds were very lovely to walk around. As we were leaving they did add additional charges tried to charge me and another guest for parking passes which neither of us had used! I had a rental car for one day and parked for under zero minutes total on the parking lot and they tried to charge me two days and the other guest they charged 3 days and they didn’t have a car at all! But we would stay here again just pay attention and order out

We always stay here at least 4x's a year. The staff and the grounds are always professional!! This place is perfect for families and couples for a quick get away. We will definitely come back.

I will continue to stay at this hotel every time I come to Disneyland with friends and family and will always recommend it to them. The comfort, the food, the clean hotel, the services, the bus, everything. Five Star for all.

WE'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK ! My family of eight booked two Castle Queen rooms and the room was appointed quite nicely. The bathroom was rather a tight fit, but the closet space and drawers were very roomy. The mattresses were quite plush and the sheets were fresh smelling and felt crisp and cool to the touch. Their shuttle van ran very punctual and the drivers: Alex an Fidel did an excellent job in assisting me onto the shuttle while sitting in my wheelchair. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner service at the Garden Court Bistro and the appetizers and drinks at the bar were also excellent. Overall, this was one of my favorite weekend getaways to date. My daughter has already re-booked a room for another stay this year.
