Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel

Overall the place is nice. Just needs some updating. Really big rooms but small bathrooms. All the outlets were old and loose. It was hard to change our phone and electronics. Bathroom didnt have a fan and got really foggy quick. Bathroom door got cuaght up on the tile from a highspot so it was hard to open and close. Bathroom only fits 1 person and had to juggle with yhe family. Good location and amenities. Shuttle serive to the park is the best. Will be back again.

Night staff was rude. They seem annoyed to even be there. We weren’t offered help with luggage. I was greeted with “can I see your ID”. The bed comforters we’re old and not cozy or luxury. The bathroom was very outdated. There was rust in the bathtub and water damage on the flooring and door. The shower looked like it would be in a gas station. The courtyard and restaurant patio were nice including the koi fish pond. The king bed had a bedsheet over the thin comforter. The twin beds were worn, those comforters felt like sofa material. Not comfortable. Oh and there’s one light switch in the entire room and floor lamp didn’t even turn on. The arcade isn’t free, one of our door keys didn’t work. But the Halloween aesthetic was neat and festive. We ate breakfast at the restaurant on site, it was mid. Nothing to brag about, it was alright. The service at the restaurant was wonderful tho. I wouldn’t stay here again. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. There’s closer places near Disney with better staff and nicer amenities plus cleaner rooms. Ours came with noisy neighbors at 1am they were laughing and partying in the halls. Good for them, but if u want to relax after a long day at Disney parks stay away from here. It’s a very mediocre castle vibe. When I reached out to the manager I never got a respond back to make things right. Keep your family away from here!

We had fun . Having restaurants to dine in is a super big A+. My family and I enjoyed the sushi restaurant every one in there was great and the chef was awesome. He even gave my 7 year old daughter an ice-cream. That she enjoyed very much. Thank you guys .definitely will be back to stay .

Two night stay for family birthday. We always stay at the Majestic and it never disappoints.

This was our second time staying at this hotel as part of our trip to Disneyland. The room was clean and tidy. The layout of the hotel is a bit odd but manageable. We took advantage of the shuttle to and from the parks and also the hotel restaurant. The food and service at the restaurant was great. Overall the hotel is great for those who have small children and are visiting the parks.

Hotel rooms should have microwave in the room. Definitely if it’s by Disney lots of family want to heat up food in the room. I didn’t like I have to walk out my room to go heat up something.

My family used to stay at this property prior to changing owners to the Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel. The hotel is very outdated, our room smelled of heavy smoke, the staff claimed we were upgraded due to our Expedia status (yet, I overheard several other customers being told they were upgraded), etc. When I checked out a day early, the front desk staff didn't ask why. I told them I wasn't pleased with the stay so far and they proceeded with checking me out. Based on the price and other nicer properties that are nearby for the same price, I will not be staying at this property again. If I could rate it below a one star I would.

Grey water was coming into the bathtub. They didn’t come and do room service while we were out and we ran out of toilet paper! By the time we noticed the paper was low it was too late. Front desk staff seems in a rush to get you checked in and out and seemed annoyed when you ask a question to clarity. Parking is pricey even if you have a hotel reservation. Shuttle or and from Disney is very convienrt. And drivers are nice!! Only plus for us with 3 little kids.

I had big ass cockroach in my bathtub i have pictures and videos. And i have kids taking baths in there and dont forget the mom and dad us who shower and bathe in there to. Its nasty i have good video really good one that guy was big
