Service was excellent. Decent walk to Disneyland. Smoke alarm would go off if you left the bathroom door open after taking a shower. Breakfast was a standard hotel continental breakfast, definitely not worth the price for a family of four. Pool was clean, parking lot had plenty of spaces and I felt comfortable leaving my car there. Overall we would stay there again and bring some breakfast items to keep in the room. :)

Unfortunately the our stay was not the best. Upon our arrival to our room we were welcomed with an extremely hot and humid room. Maintenance was quickly called and they stated the compressor of the AC was out. Front desk then connected with me and offered to DOWNGRADE my room and only return $30 a night. That’s crazy because that’s what they charge additionally for parking per night. They then connected with me again and said that they would have to replace the AC unit because downgrading was no longer an option because they were sold out. We then had to leave the room due to them having to work in there. Upon coming back to our room we again were greeted with a hot room. There I go back to the front desk and they then said if it was not working I would have to move into a showroom. Come to find out that maintenance did not have the AC in the right settings. Dealing with this and a fussy toddler at the same time was not fun. After a night out to Disney when we came back we noticed our room key was deactivated good thing I had the second key at hand. Overall the situation we went through and paying for parking was a no go for us. Staff was nice but I think for the back to back inconveniences they could have done a little more for the situation.

They were changing systems so check in took way too long. Some staff members were great and friendly, but some looked like they were mad at us for being there.
It’s about a 1 mile walk from the hotel to the entrance to either park so walking to the parks isn’t bad.
Breakfast isn’t included but worth the $16/person (kids 11 and under are free)

Overall this was a pleasant experience for us (2 adults/2children). The carpet in the rooms and hallways is outdated and worn out. The breakfast was great, but it was missing omelettes, more options to include vegetables. Their breakfast counter space is small, so I can see why they don’t have a wide variety.
Staff super friendly, polite and nice.
Overall I would stay here again.
Pleased w our stay. Great for families.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great and the price was right.
Likes
- location! The hotel is right beside a Disney parking lot, so you know you’re close. We walked to & from front gates, approx 20 min. The area is Safe and well lighted at night
- room size is spacious with the bathroom having its own “area” ( sink separate from tub & toilet)
- queen sized beds, not doubles. Very comfy and two types of pillows (firm & soft) provided
- fridge AND microwave provided
- free keurig
- heated pool with towels. There’s a small additional splash pad for younger kids too
- 1/2 block from gas station with mini mart where we got milk & snacks
- we watched fireworks from the gas station. Might have better view of on a higher floor of the hotel or from the hotel parking lot?
- Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion provided
- bathroom light switch is illuminated at night
- while this is a family hotel, our room was actually pretty quiet
Considerations
- no in room safe!
- bathtub & toilet area… don’t look carefully at corners or at the bathtub seam. Gunky. Black. Same for the sticky bathroom door
- sink area didn’t have hooks to hang clothing / toiletry bag (there is one behind the bathroom door)
- bring slippers, the carpet felt dirty, and stuff caked into it
- towels & wastebaskets are cleared daily, but for fuller housekeeping (ie beds made), you have to make a make a request
- TV was tiny (I know I’m not here to watch TV, it’ll do, just saying the one at o

For an overnight stay the hotel was great; being next to Disneyland, there lots of families so there was some noise from the pool area, but not so much. The elevator near the room was out of service so we had to enter from the other end of the building. The front desk personnel were very helpful, friendly and informative. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The room was comfortable and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The price was reasonable.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. It was comfortable and a 0.71 mile walk to Downtown Disney. We were charged an undisclosed parking fee of $22/day. $100 deposit. Breakfast buffet was prepaid with the reservation, we paid for 2 people, kids ate “free”. The food was good. They had muffins, bagels, pancakes/french toast/waffles, eggs chorizo, regular scrambled eggs, fried potatos, fresh fruit, yogurts, orange juice, and cereals to choose from. Emilio and Sergio were 2 of the people working in the buffet area and they were exceptionally friendly, very kind and helpful, they made sure we had coffee and tabasco sauce every morning. We really liked them. The pool was warm and the hot tub was nice. The pool area in general was pretty clean. There is a gym on site as well. The front desk staff was helpful and got us checked in pretty quickly as we were worn down from being in the car for 12 hours. LA traffic is no joke! The room was older, but had a microwave, mini fridge and a coffee maker. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. There was an elevator available as we were staying on the 3rd floor. The bathroom was small but suitable for my small family of 3. All in all, we would stay here again the next time we come down to go to Disneyland.

I enjoyed our stay at the holiday inn.
Very friendly staff, Cindy was amazing.
The room was a bit dated and our main source of light was a bedside lamp.
Breakfast was fine, for the price of $15 per person.
The hotel is only 15 - 20 min walk from the disney park.
Also, if you are going with children, they do put a mickey mouse stuffed toy in the room wrapped in plastic. But please be aware it does have a price tag on it.
All in all i enjoyed our weekend there.

Great location near the parks. Reasonably priced compared to other hotels. The room is simple yet provides everything a family needs.
