I had a big problem checking in. Driving almost 8 hours and with little ones we finally get to hotel and they tell me that hotels.com didn’t send them payment and I owed the entire amount or I couldn’t check in. We went back and forth for over an hour, included management called hotels.com until they finally figured it out. My kids were tired we were irritated and I have never had to go thru that. I don’t know in the end what the problem was but that whole experience was very annoying.

The staff is amazing and they keep the facility spotless at all times. The breakfast offered a lot of variety, with waffles being a hit with families. When our dishwasher broke, maintenance was sent up immediately and replaced it with a new one. My only real complaint is that they charge for daily parking even if you are a guest at the hotel. It seems like an unnecessary money grab, especially considering you are already a paying customer. Additionally, I was not informed about the parking fee at check-in.

Customer service was excellent! Front desk people were super polite & nice ! I would definitely stay here again . Also rooms are super spacious perfect for a small family. They also have a tram that takes you to Disney which is a plus !!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the property. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good as well. The only thing I had hoped for was use of their pool. At booking, the pool was supposed to be open a few days prior to our arrival. But, that was extended to 10 days after.

The good: hotel is super close to Disneyland, which is the whole reason we were there, so 5 stars for that. The room was very clean and very comfortable, despite being a bit outdated. It was also surprisingly very quiet. We slept very soundly despite the hotel being very busy. The bad: Not super impressed by the neighboring area in terms of safety and the parking lot was a constant battle for spots. Also it was so busy at breakfast and things were just a mess. Spills everywhere, but I blame that on the guests more than the service people who were really trying to keep up. Our biggest disappointment was the pool being closed. We spent so much time at Disneyland we probably wouldn't have used it anyway, but some family members were disappointed
