We check in and the front desk on duty was nice. The stay was not! We cannot sleep due to the constant jumping and footstep from the above room. Call the night desk 3x over the night. It was back again early morning. Not really please w the response I got from the staff on the morning desk. In addition, me and my wife was not happy bec we didn't got any sleep and kids where grumpy. We would have expected more from RAMADA.

Good stay, clean room, simple but effective! Did choose a room with 2 beds and a bunk bed. Worked great for big family! Close to you story parking lot shuttle, which takes you to the front gate of Disneyland. Thumbs up👍

Very clean and spacious room. Definitely in walking distance to Disneyland. Full breakfast every morning. The only faults we found were that wasn’t a lot of parking, spaces filled up quickly so you had to valet at a cost after that. And the hot water was not consistent. It’s definitely not a luxury resort, but has all of the amenities and facilities that your family will need. Would definitely stay here again.

We were only in the room to sleep. It was a comfortable and safe place to stay. Plus your family gets a free breakfast. Close walk to a bus that takes you straight into Disneyland.

I had the corner room or suite that comes with 2 beds a pullout couch and bunk beds. Very spacious for a family of four who likes to have extra room when staying in a hotel room. Everything was clean and comfy. It’s in a good location. Also seems very safe conveniently located near a Carl’s junior, Taco Bell Walgreens CVS, ampm. All walking distance. Also by the convention center. Our room came with a microwave and a little mini fridge. They’re is also one rolling chair for the desk. The shower was equipped with the normal size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap by dove, so that was cool! Everyone’s nice too.

The motel was very clean and everyone was nice. The room was comfortable for my family of 5. The free breakfast had lots of options compared to other places I have stayed. Pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, sausage, biscuits, dry cereal, muffins, juices, milk and coffee. The only complaint is the noise at night. I could not sleep thru the night because of the road noise or people walking to their rooms. It sounded like motorcycles racing by throughout the night. I guess the walls are really thin with no insulation. We were able to walk to the toy story Disneyland parking lot and catch a shuttle to the gate which they have security at the lot and you do not have to wait in the very long line at the main gate so thats a big bonus.

It was a perfect hotel for our Disneyland family trip. Very nice and friendly staff, excellent location for the right price. It was a nice and simple accommodation and very clean. The rooms were newly renovated. Breakfast was convenient to have every morning! It is walking distance to the parks, but also a 7min walk to the shuttle at the Toy Story parking lot. The only thing we needed more of was hangers or hooks to hang things. There were 6 of us in the room, but not enough places where to hang things. Other than that it was perfect!
