I alway have a great time here. The bar was open, the gift shop had great items and the staff are always easy to work with. Although it's within walking distance to Disneyland, there is shuttle service, but we weren't able to contact them, and also the bus system was available both ways. We enjoyed using the pool and the game room for the kids. Lots of amenities!

Nice Hotel. Great staff. The kids enjoyed the arcade. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because the furniture in the rooms, especially the couches are a bit dated. Other than that nice Hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

My go to when we hit the parks. Which we go often. It’s our home away from home and we love it! Clean, roomy, affordable, pool is nice enough for the family. We will keep booking!

My first night there was horrific. I was put in a room facing the street and didnt sleep at all. The girl at the front desk was rude that checked me in and not interested in helping me. Luckily, Daniel helped me the next morning and moved me rooms. Originally I only booked 2 nights there (my trip was for 5 nights) and after I was moved I slept so well and was so comfortable I extended! Paul, who is "in training" was absolutely amazing and seems to really want to help. I will definitely be returning and will recommend this hotel to any friends or family that will be heading that way. I travel alot, and LOVE Disney so this hotel was perfect.

Aden at the front desk provided excellent customer service! Clean and convenient hotel for families. I would recommend.

It is an easy straight walk to the Disney Parks, depending on fitness level, age, and tolerance of children or others in your party.

Perfect for any type of family

I stayed at the Double tree for a weekend to go to Disneyland. I purchased 4 rooms, and we decided to stay here (of all nearby places we could have chosen). I arrived with roaches in my room. I called front desk immediately and they told me they could do nothing since every single room was booked. We slept in our car, there was no way I was going to pay more than 2,000 and sleep in a room so dirty. We were told that we wouldn’t be charged for that night and of course, we were. Management was supposed to call me to follow up once they got a “report” back from someone on Monday and of course no one called us. This will be the last time we stay here or at any Double Tree ever and certainly will not be recommending to family and friends. To top it off, we emailed the manager, and no response. It’s been days since our stay, and we still haven’t been contacted. Just apply your hard earned dollars elsewhere, don’t take this gamble.

This was a superb place to stay for your trip to Disneyland. We enjoyed it so much. Great amenities. Great breakfast buffet. Super clean. Lots of space. Great for your family. We had one altercation with a food service staff member. This was addressed and made abundantly clear this was not her first offense. It was a shorter woman with a bob haircut. Never got her name. I've never encounter another human being so outrageously rude for no reason. Completely uncalled for. There was no management present but the woman who ran the front desk was super accommodating and kind when we told her about our incident. This woman should be relieved of her duties considering this is a customer service type of employment. Haven't received any word from management about the complaint. However, in spite of that situation, it's a great pace to stay.

Our family love staying here because it’s so close to everything, Disneyland, Downrown Dianwy, California Adventure, lots of shopping and so many eateries to choose from. Not too far from the beach and Los Angeles. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice and clean and had enough space for family of six. Would definitely stay again.
