Courtyard Anaheim Resort/Convention Center

We had 3 adults and the one child that was going was not able to. We ended up in a room for disabilities which had no counter space in the bathroom, we use the overhead shower so there was water everywhere. It was right in front of the elevator but that wasn’t so bad.

My family and I had booked 2 rooms we checked in on Friday night both receptionist men were ever attentive, welcoming and greeted us very professionally. Saturday night however was a different story, receptionist didn’t greet or bother to acknowledge us walking in, when we walked into our rooms only one of rooms was cleaned (very confusing on why only one room would be cleaned) I called front desk and was told they only clean the rooms every other day per policy but will send up someone with fresh towels and to pick up trash. It was a big inconvenience because we had room service and the plates and food had been sitting in the room for the whole day, when the receptionist Ana came to drop off the towels it irritated me how she told my 13 year old son “we only clean the room every other day just so you are aware”, Ana should work on her communication skills and address the adults and not minors.

Loved the bunk room option for the kids to have their own space! Hotel was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Two ART bus stops nearby or the Toy Story Lot across the street.

The property was in good condition, however some rooms are upgraded and others are not. The refrigerator in the rooms has to be turned on every 2 hours which was a downer when going to Disneyland and traveling with a baby. The air conditioner would not stay on.

We stayed for two nights and had no issues. Kids loved the pool. We even had a view of the Disneyland fireworks. Wish the breakfast was more kid friendly/free lol but we made it work.

Overall, the trip was great! The hotel was nice and decorated in Halloween Disney characters. My only complaint about the stay was the automatic lights in the room. When you get up to go to the bathroom, the auto light by the door blinds not only you, but your sleeping children. Once you turn that off and are mostly awake now, the bathroom light will turn on blinding you once again. This one change would bring it to a 5 star review.

Very nice hotel for families. Super clean, secure and updated. Starbucks in the lobby is definitely a plus!

When we check in the guy in frontdesk he is very nice and helpful i give him 5 star!!!! Im ask the hot water for my baby milk he give right away and 3 bottle water!!! The next day late night my husband ask again for hot water and bottle water for milk. The lady who incharge in frontdesk not give us even the hot water its really neeed it for my baby ☹️ so my baby not use to it to drink regular water she more likely warm milk. I had to wait in the morning to get it.. the other that its good. The room clean .
