We always have enjoyed our stays at Dolphin’s Cove. It is great for families and super easy to get to and from Disneyland. The front desk staff was great with us also.

The location is great, a walking distance to the convention center and a 30-minute walk to Disneyland. I love the spacious layout of the 2-bedroom unit, it's a plus that the walls are not thin. I did not like that there are no elevators to the second floor, the lock to the balcony door is set too low where a toddler can reach it, there are no streaming channels, and the checkout is at 10am. This place charges $35 for the first hour of late checkout, $50 per hour thereafter. I travel frequently and I've never had a checkout before 11am.

The 2 room apartment was great. I really disliked being pulled aside for a pitch on time shares when checking in. We stated we were there for a Disney holiday with our family and were spending our time doing that. The woman acting as conscience texted us to come to a talk anyway. When given a room backing into the main road, I asked if it would be noisy. I was promised it wouldn’t be. Unfortunately this wasn’t true.

Fantastic resort about 1 mile from Disneyland. Great pool. Two huge hot tubs. Game room. The grounds are very well kept and maintained. Lots of families but still quiet and relaxing. Check in and service was superior. Easy and ample parking. Nice sized condo. Literally everything you need.

Beautiful pool and jacuzzi area, fun putter course for the kids. Close to theme parks and food. Modern, updated and the staff is very accommodating.

This was a great place to stay for our first family trip to Disneyland. We got a two bedroom unit, and the layout was perfect for our child to sleep each night while we got ready for the next day. The ART bus stop was right around the corner, which made for easy transportation to and from Disneyland. Played in the pool and hot tub every afternoon after returning, and we loved being able to check out board games from the front desk. This will be our go-to place for subsequent trips to Disneyland.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, and it was amazing. It was clean and spacious, with everything you would need to cook and serve a meal (pots/pans/plates/cups/utensils etc.). We had 2 families sharing the space and didn’t feel we were in each other’s way. We went to Disneyland so we weren’t in the condo that much, except midday breaks and to sleep, but they offer mini golf and a rec room/arcade that my kids tried and enjoyed. If we had more time, like a rest day, we probably would have utilized these more, as well as the hot tub and pool. The only things that I personally had a slight issue with was paying $10 a day for Wi-Fi if you need more than 4 devices connected (which we did) and that there were only mirrors in the bathrooms so we had to take turns or share. Nothing too bad, and we managed just fine. Overall, I would say the stay was great, and I would definitely stay here again.

I booked a room at this property for my trip to Disney with my kids. One of my sons has severe food allergies and I was counting on the kitchen to manage breakfasts and dinners. About 5 hours before our flight on the day of our reservation, the property said they could not honor the booking which meant Expedia and I had to scramble to find another place to stay. The only available place even close to what I needed ended up being a dingy party hotel farther away from disney with no kitchen, which meant scrambling for safe restaurants and food options after lond days at the park. Our experience was stressful and frustrating. Because the property did not honor the booking, I had to spend more money and time working around this while on our vacation and it negatively impacted an experience I had spent a lot of money on, causing more work for me and my kids. Trust the reviews that tell you to avoid this place.

Loved the Big pool, free parking, how the parking lot is gated, the free laundry and really everything about the property.
We got a newly renovated 2 bedroom and it was so much space - even two bathrooms.
The only thing we noticed when our baby was crawling on the floor was how dirty his legs were. So not sure when the floor was mopped or if it was after the renovation. Other than that, we loved it and will be back.

For being pretty fully booked, we had no issues with noise or unruly kids or adults. Easy walk around the corner for the ART bus to Disney. Convenient for grocery and pharmacy (Target), food, desserts.
