The hotel is average, could have been more clean and the bed could have used a bigger blanket as I found myself cold at night. The hotel had an event Saturday night with at least 200+ people and there was absolutely no parking in any 3 lots available (yet I was required to pay $25 a night parking, for no parking! The hotel manager was not sympathetic to this as I was circling the lots at 1045 at night trying to find parking with my sleeping child in the car for an hour, then had to park extremely far with less than inadequate lighting for a single mother and her small child to be parking and walking in late at night. The entire weekend parking was an issue, I was finally told they share lots with the neighboring Marriott, and offered a refund for parking that I have yet to receive. Won’t stay here again.

I was given an accessible room every time my family and I would shower the water would run into the floor by the entrance. Also the toilet did not flush easily. My room was located by the elevator and ice machine at times it was loud. As a Bonvoy member you would like I would of been given an upgrade to a better room location. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Dirty rooms, dirty carpets, unsafe and inconvenient parking, we stay one night to rest of our Disneyland visit kids fall sleep and we need to walk long distance from the parking to the hotel very disappointed for that!

During our family trip to Disneyland, we chose this hotel through the Expedia travel site, and the check-in process went smoothly. The overall stay was delightful, making me consider it as my go-to for future Disney trips due to its convenience and comfort. However, hours before checkout, I received a receipt with a cost different from my Expedia booking. Despite the front office acknowledging the error, resolving it became a prolonged process. A promised new folio receipt never arrived, and even after a follow-up email, the issue persisted. The team member, despite evidence, denied fixing the cost discrepancy. Frustrated, I reached out to the Expedia chat team and their intervention involved contacting the hotel. Now, I anxiously await a resolution from the manager, scheduled to be in on Monday. This experience has left me disheartened, and I've decided not to stay at this Marriott or any affiliated hotel again. It's disconcerting to encounter such a lack of care, creating an impression that they may take advantage of inattentive customers regarding receipts.

Dirty bathroom when we checked in. There was a green bile looking stain under the side of the toilet. Called the front desk 3 times about this issue and at the end just told me housekeeping had gone for the day. I expressed my concern since I had a child in the room with me took them almost 3 hrs to send someone. called front desk for extra towels and pillows. It took them an hour and a half and they sent me a blanket. Very limited parking had to park in the back side where there was a man hiding in the bushes with a stick. On Friday morning there was a false fire alarm waking us all up. Asked two staff members in the hallway if this was false. They told me they didn’t speak English. Asked them in Spanish and they told me they didn’t know. They continued working as the fire alarm was still going on. Husband called the front desk and yes it was a false fire alarm.

Didn’t noticed on the hotels.com website in small print $25 self parking fee. That kind of sucked. The hotel was very clean and safe. The pillows were not great which made me not sleep well. But very family friendly hotel.

We were able to check in earlier than the time stated which was nice that they accommodated us as we were tired from the drive from AZ. The rooms were clean, house cleaning was only available upon request we stayed from Monday and checked out Friday, only one day we didn’t have housekeeping. There’s a Starbucks downstairs which is great, the hotel is very secure where no one can access the floor you are on without a key. Cons: the AC was not that easy to use and had to keep setting it to hold the temp. There was some cracks on the roof and wall, not super noticeable but they were there. There is very limited parking in the from of the hotel and if you’re getting back late chances are you will need to park in the back and it’s quite a walk. Aside from that me and my kids had an enjoyable experience. We would book and stay here again.

The parking was very inconvenient. If you did not get a parking by the hotel you had to park very far and walk in some dark spots to get to the hotel or back to your car. Inconvenient when you have small children or a disability. Scarey for female travelers. Also the Lobby is very loud because there is an open floor plan bar right by where you come in the doors to go to your room. Also there was something red on the floor. My little niece stepped on it and we thought she injured herself and she was freaking out. I told the front desk and all she said that they will shampoo the carpet. There was also the red substance on the inside of the bathroom door which I told her about too. Marriott hotels are usually very clean. I was surprised..

There was a very long walk from the self parking to the hotel, I was traveling alone and arrived around 8pm, area around the hotel felt very unsafe with drunk ppl smoking. I was so scared that decided not to check in when I saw the type of people in the lobby, the staff were not welcoming or professional. I did not check in at all, but the front desk did not accept to refund me despite being contacted by Expedia. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone traveling alone or with family and looking for a safe stay.
