Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort

The hotel was nice and it wasn't to far away from Disneyland. The only thing that I did not like is the fact that they charge $32 a day to park there which was never talked about before making the reservation. Also during check out I had a random charge from the restaurant for like $80 which my family and I never ate at. We got that resolved but the parking still bothered me because I probably could have found a closer place or possibly somewhere else that didn't charge to park in there parking lot where you are paying for there hotel. Doesn't make any sense to me. Just put it into the price because it's false advertising on the actual hotel price.

Nice friendly staff, close walk to Disney. Love how it’s close to cvs and Walgreens also and other stores. Cleanliness is everything to me when it comes to staying in hotels and this place definitely delivers that. I highly recommend this place to families

Excellent stay! This property was beautiful. Stayed several nights. Was an easy straight walk to Disneyland and downtown Disney, and also easy to get to from the airport. Went to Laguna and Newport Beaches. Easy and safe to park. We loved using the pool. Lounge area exceed expectations, so great for families! We brought board games and things to do, but they were fully stocked. I only have one “complaint” about the hotel: the shampoo and soap is very manly smelling. I went to a local target to get something else. Wish there were more options in the on property store (travel size). Also wish there was a microwave in the lounge room, our room didn’t have one and that would have been a great place to heat up leftover food. Rooms were beautiful, clean, plenty of storage, plenty of parking. Staff was so friendly. I’ve stayed at 4 other properties on the same street and this was the best!!

Worst hotel in my life. After 3 times requests, towels had been delivered. Housekeeping was requested at 1:30pm, but nothing till 8pm. All couldn’t sleep due to noisy sound from 5am. It was difficult for me to talk with the front desk due to a big sound and singing near front desk. This is the worst hotel in my life and spoiled my long trip with family.

Many places to eat and very close to Disneyland. Room was nice and clean for my family.

Perfect stay close to the park. Room was great for our family of 4. Next visit this is where we will stay.

I was attending my nephews wedding . Stayed for two days. Very comfortable room.. great service at front desk.. specially Stan . Very kind and friendly. Also the mature gentleman worked at the bar, the lobby of the hotel, very kind and friendly. I forgot his name. I’ll share room is very nice and clean comforter, hotel to stay and enjoy that close attraction restaurants.. I didn’t attend that direction because of the family wedding but I haven’t been there before. Thanks for a great service.

Pool area is a very small area and be prepared to have a lot of kids running around.

Great place for families. It is a hike to the Disney parks but great hotel. And amazing staff very helpful. We have two small kids and felt very good in the property.
