Anaheim Marriott Hotel

Did not like paying for parking. Should be included in stay. And not much in way of food and dining especially with children

Absolutely recommended, the best for family stay when you visit Disneyland…

I was anything but pleased with my stay in this hotel: - I had booked a more expensive pool-view room and got a room where 2/3 of the view from the balcony was facing a rooftop with extremely loud and ugly AC and power generators! If anyone was sitting on the balcony he did not understand a word when someone in the room was talking to him due to that noise level. - The connection door in the room was anything but pleasent, as in the adjacent room was a family with a continiously yelling infant which added an extra level of awful noise starting from 5am. - I expressed my severe discontent about the room at the reception already after my first night, but nothing was changed nor another room offered to me. - On the final invoice I was billed for a salad I was told would be complimentary. After mentioning that I was promised that this charge would be refunded to my credit card, which still hasn't happened. - In addition, I was initially extra charged for WiFi usage although I had entered my Marriott number during any login in the hotel's WiFi system so I have no clue why this gets charged then in first place? - With regard to the already high room charges the costs for parking are ridiculous. - The pool is basically a kids' pool, but not a proper pool for swimming in terms of the water depth. - I had ordered a Gin Tonic at the bar which was completely not drinkible tasting like bathroom cleaner what also other people that I asked to taste it confirmed.

Great stay. The room was clean and updated. The facilities were great. The kids had a great time in the pool and breakfast was very good. The staff was really helpful with any questions we had.

Had a great time with my family going to Disney, however my AC and Fridge were not working properly and needed maintenance. Issue was fixed fairly quickly and I would visit again!

Much nicer and quiet compared to the Hilton across the road where our family members stayed.

Our room was super clean. I was impressed! The only negatives I had were that there was a conference of high school kids. It was so noisy our first night. People yelling in the hallways until midnight. I was there with my young son. I called the desk and they sent up security, but still the noise continued. I talked to the front desk the next am and they said they had emailed the parents/ chaperones. They gave me a $50 credit. It was quiet for the rest of the stay. The only other negative was that the hot tub was out of commission. It would have been nice to know that. Our room had no bath and I could have used a soak after long days at Disney.

I was placed in room 743 in the rooms above the conference rooms. As soon as we checked in, we started hearing screaming and cursing coming from the room 742 next to us. I reported it to the front desk, but no action was taken. The second time I called to complain as the cursing and pushing and screaming got intense. I was notified that security has been engaged. Although when the situation did not improve, I went downstairs and spoke to the Manager personally and he promised to take action. I requested that either this matter be addressed, or my room be moved. My stay was terrible for me and my family as we continued to experience screaming, cursing and banging noise coming from the room next to us. No action was taken to resolve the matter, even after receiving a call from the manager that he was handling the situation.

Stayed at the Marriott with family for the holidays this year. The bar and their restaurant had excellent food. Had the short rib flautas and they were AMAZING!! The hotel overall is really nice. The rooms are really comfortable and clean. The only area that needs improvement is with some of the staff at Check-In. Although I called the day prior to our Check-In requesting my rooms were on the same floor, it appeared to be a challenge to their front desk staff to make the accommodation;however, in the end the change was made.

My family's experience with Anaheim Marriott Hotel is okay. I cannot say it is good or excellent. I was expecting free breakfast and free parking but information in Expedia says, 'breakfast available' and 'parking available'. This word 'available' is very confusing and should be direct to the point that either you have it or not. This is an expensive hotel but a parking rate of $30 per day excluding tax is too much.
