Friendly staff. My flight got in late and hotel shuttle was there to pick my family and I up within 10 mins.

A bunch of youngsters staying at the hotel making loud noises. people running,slamming doors, Loud talking and laughing until 3:00 am. I was shocked and surprised because I was told by the hotel staff that there’s a no noise policy after a certain time BUT it wasn’t enforced so I didn’t get much sleep. I’m tired and very dissatisfied

This is could be one of the nicest and most affordable spots in this area. Close to everything. That being said, service let it down big time. Front desk were more concerned to catering to airline staff that arrived half way thru my check in. My first time at a Ayres and did not sit well with someone that travels alot. Didnt bring my tape measure but king size bed was questionable on size, overall room was clean despite loose bath tiles and dust. Breakfast was good, other guests treated it like a playground for their kids. Good selection of hot food otherwise. On site security for parking lot was reassuring.

I was in town to hike Mt. Baldy so this was a good jumping off point, maybe thirty minutes to the mountain. Property was fairly clean but I noticed security in the parking lot, likely to address a number of homeless individuals I saw loitering around. The pool was a nice option and it was warm enough to swim. Free hot breakfast was a nice touch. Coffee in the lobby is always appreciated. Room was good sized and clean, bathroom a tad small. The fridge was so cold it exploded my soda. We were placed next to a family with two very loud children which kept us up, but for one night why complain. The mall is across the parking lot with many food options near by as well.

We traveled to the Ayres Suites for a soccer tournament in the area. We have stayed their many different times over the years. When we are in this part of California we always stay at an Ayres Hotel. They are always super clean and family friendly. I have never had any issues and no complaints. We always appreciate having a great place to lay our heads down and rest after our tournaments.

The front desk staff was amazing, the view of the lobby was nicely decorated. My issues come with the beds and the free breakfast. The bed was old and uncomfortable for both myself and my kids. The other issue is the free breakfast. The breakfast had very limited options and it was a serve once only, they also asked for room number and gave you only the number of plates they assign. They had scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs with ham, they only gave you one option to choose from and you couldn’t combine both. They cook or server look rather disgruntled or frustrated which made the breakfast experience a bit worse. All in all if I am paying $300 for a night I expect a different experience.

This hotel is superb. Located in prime location near Toyota center, if going to any events and next to Ontario Mills Mall. The only thing I disliked was I called to let them know I would be arriving after midnight, they noted it in the account. Once I arrived the front desk person made an irking comment that I had arrived really late and he also told my kids to keep it down because pilots were in our floor. I didn't think that was necessary considering my kids weren't even being rowdy, they were sleepy and ready to sleep. That's the only thing I can say was unpleasing. Other than that good breakfast food and free breakfast and wi-fi.
