Best Western Plus Delta Inn & Suites

Stayed on Mother’s Day 5/12 with my family, the bed is very soft, clean and large. The room we got was large with a separate sitting area. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, where there’s nothing to do but eateries and gas stations. The swimming pool was not working. Nice tv but the YouTube option kept freezing on us. I asked the front desk rep for a charger she said there were chargers in the room none of them worked. The breakfast was ok but for the $178 i paid I expected more. Apples, cereal, bagel, etc. best thing was the sausage McMuffin. The hotel area is dark and a bit shady I could hear a guy screaming at the top of his lungs outside our window at 3am. The various times I spoke with the front desk rep she never smiled once she was unwelcoming & only added to my disappointment of the hotel

Hotel is nice, clean and comfortable rooms and very close to food and coffee. But this is only hotel in area so anyone passing through stays here. My carpet next to the bed was wet, like something had been spilled before me. My remote didn’t work and when I called for one at 11 at night was told there were no extra remotes and I could come downstairs to get batteries and see if that works. At 11 at. Night when I’m exhausted I don’t feel like dressing and going to get batteries. There was also a team or something staying and kids and teens running all over the place too well after midnight and staff did nothing even when I notified them of the noise. Nice hotel, but staff could work on running a better business.

The room was very nice. Clean, and good one night stay for family.
