Homewood Suites by Hilton Pleasant Hill CA

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet because it had a different array of food every day and had good variety even though it's a smaller a buffet. Accomodations were great as well just as described and me and my family had a good time.

Our flight arrived very early but the staff was super accommodating, friendly, and helpful with getting us and our five month old baby checked in early. We have stayed as many places with our newborn but the friendliness of the staff, the service of the facilities, as well as the quality of the breakfast and the room have been by far the best. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who checked us in because she was truly amazing. Will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area!

Front people was always helping out. I had to check in really late at night and they still managed to accommodate us. I asked for a non smoking area to which they said smoking was not allowed. When I went up to the room on the 3rd floor; the smell of cigarette was really strong and I called front desk to report as I had my two kids with me. Front desk offered another room in a different floor in which we had an amazing time. Besides the cigarette smell in the first room; I can tell you that this place is a MUST when you have kids and specially new borns. Everything is easier with a small kitchen in your room!!!!!

This place is great for a family. Very clean

Nice, clean and comfortable for family of 4. We had king plus pullout sofa bed. Have a small kitchen was a bonus.

Overall, the property was nice and the service was good. One thing about Hilton we've never appreciated, though, is that they always seem to nickel and dime you, as we call it. We've stayed at the Residence Inn next door a couple of times, and never had to pay for parking, but the Homewood Suites charged us $7/night. We'd rather them just increase their room charges, so when I'm comparing the value of a room, I can compare apples to apples. Another hiccup that we had was when my husband went to move some pillows, in between two of them, it looked like someone had thrown up or something. It was pretty gross. Obviously, housekeeping wasn't thorough enough when cleaning the room. It was taken care of promptly, but it was still unsettling. We were there for a family Memorial, and my parents were very happy with their room and the breakfast.

Homewood Suites is the best place to stay at for our family of 6! There was plenty of space. We love how spacious our room was and not only that but we had free breakfast. The breakfast food taste really good. We are planning at staying in another Homewood Suites for our next trip soon.
