Stayed here visiting from Atlanta and Seattle. The facility, room and staff were superb. Excellent management was very attentive to our request and ensuring we were experiencing great service. This will be my family's spot for accommodations. Great place to stay!

Sub-par for sure. Parking was easy & lots to walk to for shops etc. that will be the positive. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the breakfast included which was supposed to be offered at 630 am, it wasn’t there was nothing and when I asked I was told the cook was just arriving (it was 7am) like literally walking in the door followed by a man carrying some sort of big silver pot … so no fruit or cereal or even coffee was out. I my child and I ended up going to Starbucks and returning around 8 am, still nothing put out NOTHING not even coffee! One elevator was broken and the remaining one sounded like it was going to break at every floor. The shower never got hot- I was on third floor, Luke warm at best. Skip this hotel there’s better ones near by.

The staff were accommodating and friendly. They assisted with early checkin and late checkout due to small children. This place is always quit and comfortable. Love this place will recommend.

Stayed at the hotel for a week — it's the perfect business hotel Monday through Friday. On the weekends it attracts more of a family crowd.

Updated aesthetics. Friendly staff if not a bit too friendly. Also a bit absent minded, my reservation was for two people and they initially only checked me in for one. I had to clarify after reviewing the charges. Put me and my family member on separate floors which is not terrible but, not convenient. Also, did not provide any directions to my rooms. Just kind of sent me on my way (not hard to figure out). Room was in good working order but did not seem super clean. I noticed stains throughout.

We were happy with the rooms. Would have liked to have adjoining family rooms, but I should have checked prior to coming to the hotel. Shower was great, room was clean. It was a good place to stay for our family.
