Overall a good place to stay a few days. The room was quite small for 2 adults and 2 young kids. Wasted space with the wooden entertainment set. Having to pay for valet parking is a downside, not sure if that is common for the area. Property was very nice. Restaurant did have wonderful food.

Great place to stay, convenient, good price for what you get, nice restaurant and bar for families and socializing. My only dislike is mandatory paid parking.

I don’t often feel moved to write a review but the staff at this hotel was so kind and accommodating that I had to. From the valet, housekeeping, bartender and front desk staff. I would 10/10 donate a kidney to any of these wonderful people. I would stay again.

It was a great place to stay! We had to take our daughter to a Stanford children’s clinic and it was very close and we slept great!

Because of a family emergency I had to book at the last minute. Everyone from the reception desk to the valet parking people were so kind and courteous. Randy at the reception desk was very patient as I was having issues with check in (My fault) He was very sweet and took his time to help me. Rare these days.

Came in with my kids about 9pm after traveling 12 hours. Front desk not friendly gave us keys went up opened the door and the room was used. Mistakes happen but when I went down and told them it was met with a shrug and an insincere “ oh sorry” . It actually looked like someone was still using the room. It was scary. They charge a lot of money and 30 to park a night. The place was outdated and shabby. Employees seem miserable to work there. Beds we’re comfortable and it’s about a ten minute walk to BART

We stayed at the Walnut Creek Marriott because we were in the Bay Area for the holidays and we have family in Oakland, Concord and San Francisco. Walnut Creek seemed like a good, central location. The Walnut Creek Marriott is a nice property. The rooms were nice, clean, comfortable. The rooms suffer from what all hotel rooms suffer from: the heat cycles on and off, so temperature regulation at night can be an issue and the down comforters get too hot. Otherwise, no complaints. Plenty of hot water, nice beds, nice towels. The Marriott is in a good location. We walked to a coffee shop, Kevin's Noodle House, and a couple of other restaurants. The hotel is a short drive from lots more restaurants and shopping. Parking at the hotel was $16 per day or $30 with in and out privileges, but there is free parking a block away that we used without issue. That was a nice option. The lobby is large and quiet enough that I was able to work when our flight got cancelled and I had to work an extra couple of days from the hotel. It seems hotels no longer have business centers, but there is a large area for working, including tables with outlets. I would stay here again.
