Courtyard by Marriott Oakland Airport

Our stay was a very good experience and would highly recommend to friends and family.

I have been stayed at my courtyard by Marriott. There was 3 adult and 1 5 month infant. There was only 3 bath towels in the room. There was black hair on our sheets, the carpet between the hallway and the door was totally frayed. Also no ice makers worked by us on the 3rd floor or 2nd floor. When pulling into the hotel on worker was taking big trash bags to his car which was stuffed with pillows. On our way out @4:30 this morning, it looked like a lady of the night hotel. They parking lot should have both gates down, but one was up so anyone could come in or out. I will never stay at this hotel again when I fly out of Oakland.

I spent 4 days at this hotel for a business trip. This location is great if you have business nearby. The area is not the best and I would not recommend this particular location for a family trip. But..That has nothing to do with the hotel. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The room was clean, and all the amenities worked fine. The small restaurant was awesome. The food was great, and the staff was super friendly. I would stay here again as my corporate headquarters is 5 minutes away.

We loved the staff!! The food server team was very courteous and attentive and helpful in selecting foods for kids. The front desk advised us on getting a Lyft driver at 3:00 am with whom they have a relationship with vs a random Uber. We felt safe and they dropped us on time..

Very clean and comfortable stay for me and my family

I didn't do much at the property since we were visiting family and were at the property just to sleep. I did have an awful experience with a different property the is located just a block before the Marriot on the same side of the street before checking in at Marriot but attendant at front desk made that horrible experice just wash away. He was ampathetic with us and made us feel welcome. I should have booked with Marriot from the beggining but thanks to the friendly and understanding way we were treated we will be staying at Marriot if visiting this area again. The hotel just before the Marriot lost not just a customer, but a client, but we gained a great place to stay at.

Clean hotel and very nice staff. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

We only stayed one night but the online check-in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious for our family if 5. The bistro in the lobby has great food as well. Parking was easy and felt safe. We will stay here again when traveling to/from the Oakland airport. Overall it was a great stay.

We came out for a family event for the weekend on the train. Our reservation required and ADA room for a person with a wheelchair. The check in seemed to be a problem but was quickly resolved. The not so king size bed and shower were good. The 1st night went well. The next morning, we went to the family event and requested the room to be cleaned and new sheets & towels at the front desk. Also mentioned we would be back later in the day. We get back to the room and everything is still the same. It was a bit late in the evening which to us gave lots of time for the room to be cleaned. I let the front desk know and they apologized and said they'd have someone to come by. It got later and at this point is really irrelevant to do anything, were about to go to sleep after being in the 113 heat. The towels did arrive and the front desk said she'd sign me up for points for my next stay, never happened. Check out wasn't the greatest. The lady working the front desk that morning had the nastiest attitude. I told her about the room not being cleaned and her reply "what do you want me to do about it." I just told her I didn't need the attitude and to just check me out. Also, there was a pool advertised that was not working which was why most reserved their room there. I guess customer service is trained not to put anything in the computer notes for the next person coming after them. Lot of things were written down on a pad.
