Their breakfast is a scam. They charge you for every item you get. One of my breakfast cost me $54. They will not sell you kid meal even you are disabled, have medical condition, and cannot eat regular meal. Bad practice!!!

Beware booking via 3rd party as I did. Hotels.com paid with their preferred card and I noticed the hotel added a second charge. While waiting downstairs to speak to someone about the second charge another customer was already complaining about extra charges added to his room as well. We decided to stay here and cool off during this heat wave and use the indoor pool , that didn’t go so well, not only was the water filled with debris and cloudy water it was super unsanitary and in poor conditions. They leave small towels about 12inches long for guest to use as drying towels but it looks more like cleaning rags . Upon exiting the pool room the entire floors are soaked and wet there’s no way to safely walk back into the halls as others previously exited and wet the entire floors . Security aggressively accused my children who was still in the pool and yet still have not exited the pool. The next morning as we did pay the price for breakfast my husband approached the breakfast bar for a muffin and was told he had to pay and that they are closed. So he felt a bit humiliated and left. The next following morning we went down to breakfast for another try at 9:25 as breakfast ends at 10 but we were told we were limited to options because they’re closing soon. I don’t understand why we pay extra for breakfast and get no kind of service it isn’t right, so of course my husband was frustrated and was vocal about how wrongfully we’ve been treated during our stay. Breakfast isn’t worth it .

Our encounter with the front desk staff most unpleasant. When we initially entered both front desk associates just stared at my family as we entered and without a greeting. When we got closer to the desk to walk to our rooms on the first floor they stated are you guest here? Are you having a party? I’m not sure why they would assume that we were not guest at the hotel, as we have passed the front desk several times and have been at the hotel for two days . Additionally it was only 4 adults and my 3 year old child so by no means is that a party size group. While I understand COVID-19 is still an active concern in every state and community my family and I have taken appropriate precautions. We were also made aware of the rules and regulations at the beginning of our stay and at no point in time during our stay did we ever break any of those rules. In addition the hotel lost power for several hours. The hotel apparently does not service their backup generators because the lights tried to come on for a few seconds but then went out again. In addition to this we heard a large and loud thud after the lights went out. we discovered the elevator had fallen with guest inside and the fire department had to be called.
