I absolutely love this hotel. Me and my family have been staying here for a couple of years now and we’ve gained to know the staff which is amazing but overall this hotel is perfect. It is definitely clean to perfection. The continental breakfast is amazing. Overall if I can give it more of a 10 out of 10 I’d give it 1000 out of 1000 keep up the good work.

I booked my room at $240 a night, got there $500 a night due to festival. Extremely disappointed, hot with no air conditioner. On main drag LOUD, including air show! Would like to have been warned, we were there to see a family friend and her new baby.

Stayed one night with 2 adults and 1 child. Convenient location and parking available. One towel and then bedding were dirty but since it was one night only, we were able to manage.

It was such a great stay! The room was very clean, and the staff was so friendly. The breakfast area was also very clean and always stocked. The area is safe and parking was plentiful. We had 2 rooms that were connected. Whenever the kids were wiped out from our daily adventures, they would ask to "go home", meaning the hotel. They were quite comfortable there, too. To save money on vacation, I always pack easy meals like sandwich stuff and microwave mac and cheese. The fridge and microwave were put to good use.

We stayed one night (family of 4) and had interconnecting rooms. Large rooms, very comfortable. Helpful friendly staff on checkin and at breakfast. The breakfast was amazing. Close to enough restaurants but a short drive into the wharf area. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The place was decent. Beds and couch were very uncomfortable. All the tvs were small (especially the one in the living room). The hot tub was more like a warm tub. The pool was dirty and the water was very cold but that didn't stop my young kids from jumping in. Overall, I don’t plan on coming back because I didn't sleep well.

We were given a room on the third floor, which would have been fine, but the elevator was out of service. So I hauled our families luggage up three flights of stairs. We also had a 15 month old baby in a stroller. We got to the room and discovered it had not been cleaned. Towels and sheets were still on the floor. The front desk gentlemen kindly put us in another room on the second floor. I hauled everything down the stairs one more time. The second room was clean but did not have an air conditioner and was hot and humid. We were told this was the last room available, so we opted to stay in the room.

We were unimpressed with the hotel. The location was not in a great part of town, so we didn’t feel safe letting the kids go to the pool and Jacuzzi. There is no air-conditioning, so the room was stuffy, although they did offer and bring up two small fans to help move the air around. The breakfast area was very small and crowded and not comfortable. Needless to say, I would not come back.

May need carpet cleaning. Before putting on my socks I saw that my foot was dark so I washed and dry it and put on cleaned white socks in the bathroom. I walked around the room a few times and noticed my socks was dark. So I took them off and washed my foot again this time I didn’t wear socks and walked around the room again. My foot became dark again. I realized it was the carpet. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay. Friendly customer service and my family was happy about the stay. Thank you!
