My room was amazing and very clean the front desk was friendly and kind. The food was very good a very nice selection of items to eat for adults and kids. We will definitely come back again. THKS

Property was centrally located in town. Great indoor pool for kids. Breakfast spread was good for being continental. My only small complaint was I tried to get my room an hour early and the front desk wanted to charge for an early check in. Most establishments will try to accommodate if the room is ready. There was no budging.

My family chose this hotel from previous experiences. But this last time we were not happy the pool and the gym were out of order. The website did not say it was out of service. We had kids upon arrival and our family looked forward to the pool and was told at arrival pool was out of service. Something like this should have been posted online.

Only hot water in the room my kids couldn’t take a shower. The pool was shutdown.Hotel was a bust this time around.

Couldn’t shower during the day cus the building has an issue with water pipes getting so hot it burns your skin. I booked two rooms for my family and kids and bo one was able to use the showers. The wifi didn’t work and the front desk had me call someone out of the country who was not helpful. The pool was not available to use. The key cards for the rooms did not work. We had to change them out serval times and we’re getting locked out of our rooms. Stayed here in the past to visit family and it’s been great. Not sure what’s happened but this is not what I remember. Will not stay here anymore.

It sounded like an unsupervised daycare operation practicing amateur gymnastics above our room for the better part of an hour after 10pm. Staff also seemed to be aware of issue (perhaps they were children of staff members using an empty unit?) Parking lot has very few parking spaces for a hotel and is poorly lit, resulting in not feeling safe while staying. Staff mentioned side doors to hotel “may or may not work with keycards”. At one point, I went out to check my vehicle, and noticed a vehicle circling parking lot with its lights off.

My daughters and I were in town to visit family that lived in the area. Since there are no attractions or anything to do really I was at least relieved to know that they had an indoor pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed leaving my kids and I with nothing to do until the birthday party at 4pm at a local Round table pizza. We also found it extremely difficult to sleep since the doors are hollow so I could hear everything going on in the hallway and in the adjacent rooms the entire time we were in the room,

Convenient to family location. Staff was efficient and polite. Could use some updating in room such as window sheers replacement, sun is hard on them. Room was very clean.
