We were a party of 5 and we intended to use the pull out couch. But it was unbelievably dirty and looked like it was pulled out of a dumpster and like it went through a fire. The regular beds also looked and felt dirty and my kids got bit by what I think we bed bugs.

The pool was out order. The staff informed me they would let me know at 9am if the pool would open that day. At 10am the staff was extremely rude and offputting to me when I kidnly addressed them. They were very rude and did not make me feel comfortable and I was very unhappy with my stay as my trip was already not going as planned. The water then didnt work in our room so we had to go back and forth to use a different bathroom. The staff was incredibly unhelpful and I want a refund it was a terrible experience

We enjoy our stay at CS Turlock. The room' size was what it was described, it needed to be cleaned (specifically the sofa bed). but the rest was perfect. Our kids enjoyed the breakfast. Definitive pet friendly too!

Noisy hotel. A lot of kids running up and down the hallway late at night and early in the morning. Had the business suite room which was large and comfortable. There is a large stain on the carpet right in the middle of the floor though which is off putting. For the price, it is a good value - in 2022 overinflated terms I suppose.

Homeless living right over the fence, kids running up and down the hallways, secured back door propped open so kid can come and go. Garbage piled out back door from people living there. People leaving there laundry unattended therefore no one else could use the machines. No one at the desk in the evening

Multiple families living in the hotel, cooking in their rooms, heavy smell of middle eastern food in rooms and hallways. Children running around un supervised in parking lots and hallways. Families leaving rooms propped open so cooking smell could escape into hallways and family members could come and go as they please. This went on until after midnight. Multiple calls to the front desk. Very Very unhappy that id even have to call and complain

This is our go to hotel to stay at when we come to town to visit family. Room was clean, staff is always friendly. Hotel was under construction during our stay, but it wasn't noisy. The breakfast was limited selection to what is normally offered, but it was still tasty. Only complaint we all had was it took FOREVER for the shower to heat up like 5+ minutes. We all found that strange because the sink water turned hot within seconds of being turned to hot. Overall great stay and will definitely be staying here in the future.
