Best Western Executive Inn

There’s a goose with her baby in front of the hotel. She prefers that to the hotel rooms. Dirty. Unvacuumed. Bed linens smelled like previous guests. Los Banos should be flushed.

The property itself was pretty but the room, in particular, the linens were gross!!! The bed looked like it had been slept in! I wasn’t sure!!! So wrinkled and did not smell fresh with an old blanket!!! Then shower and pick up a stained towel…disgusting!!! I was told “towels got mixed up for pool”! Are you kidding? I would not use a stained towel from a hotel at the pool either!!!! They need to upgrade their linens…would go a long way!!!

It was a great experience for our family’s overnight stay while traveling. Clean and convenient.

Nice hotel. We had never been to Los Banos before. We were headed to a family wedding on the coast. The woman at the front desk recommended 3 nearby restaurants. We chose Italian. We will be back.

The family above me came in at 11:35. The child was running around for about as half hour and an adult walked around moving something around and talking loud on the phone until 3:00am. Not a good night at all!

What I didn't like: - Was that as soon as I opened the room it smelled bad like mold but I didn't see any mold - When I checked in the receptionist gave us the hours fo 8-10 am for breakfast and by 9am the staff was closing the breakfast area. There was also other clients saying that they were told breakfast hours where from 8-10am. - Then I was taking breakfast to my child upstairs and the receptionist from the morning told me and 2 other clients that we were not allowed to take food into the rooms. That was so unexpected and not fair because first of all breakfast hrs where supposed to be from 8-10am. So I had to hurry and get breakfast for my child and just to be told I was not allowed to take food to my room.

The front desk clerk gave me a hard time because on my original reservation I had only put 2 adults but I took my children, which we would all fit in a suite.
