Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles Monterey Park

It was too disappointed for my stay. I was only stay for a night with my family with kids. I went back at 9am and was been told there's no hot water for shower. They had been fix for the past hour but it hadn't get it done yet. Ok then we decided shower next morning. Good thing it's Winter not Summer. Unfortunately there's no hot water in the morning STILL!

I really liked the hotel, very quiet and close to the cinema! Good for families!!

We like the proximity to our kids college. It was a bit noisy one night. But o really stay was good. We will surely stay here again in future.

Very nice and clean hotel. Outdoor pool is small but fun for the kids! Will choose to stay here again!

Let me preface this review by saying the room and entrance was very nice and the cost was reasonable. I would come back despite the noise above us in the evening from 11:00 on. Apparently their was an energetic child that needed to get his or her energy out by running across the room and made it hard to sleep. Being a former special education teacher I know there are exceptions where children have a hard time contain their energy. Sometimes we just need to cope with others.

Everything was great except someone called the cops and there was heavy presence of police in the front and the inside of the main office. When ask what happened they just said "oh nothing someone called 911" kind of unsettling when you are traveling with your children.

The hotel was amazing. Besides paying for parking, it was under ground and safe. Definitely a 5 star hotel. The staff was amazing and professional. The room smelled good, the sheets and towels were clean. The bed was soft and comfortable, pillows were soft. The bathroom was clean and everything worked good. I will definitely be staying here with my family again.

Comfortable solo stay. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, the area around the hotel was nice, and the service was good. No complaints, except water bottles weren’t provided in the room. Would return and bring my family here.

We booked this hotel for its pool since we promised our kids we would give them a swimming vacation. It’s Saturday afternoon, but from 3:00PM, everytime we went to the swimming pool, we just saw a sign that said “Pool is closed” and didn’t know when it would be opened. We waited and waited and checked it several times, but at 7:00PM, the sign was still there. We went to the front desk and asked when the pool would be opened. He just said the pool was closed today and didn’t know when it would be opened tomorrow. We were quite disappointed that our vacation was ruined totally…. In addition, we asked for two more bath towels when talking to the front desk at the same time and he said they would be sent to our room. But we still didn’t get anything at 10:00PM. We called the room service serveral times, but no one answered. It was a really a bad experience staying here…😢
