Hilton Garden Inn Los Angeles Montebello

My family and I really loved our stay here at the Hilton Garden Inn. It gave us such a great feeling being there. It was super clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the amenities were a plus. This would be my go to anytime I am in the area.

Worst Hilton I have ever stayed in. Fruit flys everywhere in the room. I asked for a baby crib and blankets by the time they brought it my baby fell asleep. Also next morning we got treated horribly in the breakfast area. The waitress looked at my family like we were stealing the breakfast. We were told at check in breakfast was complimentary. I always choose Hilton hotels over any other hotel but this has had to been the worst experience ever for me and my family. Pool and spa area was really messy and dirty. Patio was full of ants. If there is anyway I can get a refund for this horrible experience I would highly appreciate it. Never staying at this hotel again. To top it off I was unable to purchase snacks or drink because a system was down.

The Hilton Gardens' staff was great and our rooms very clean. We would stay again if we have another family event.

Everything was very nice and entire place was clean; unfortunately our room smelled like mildew/mold. Unsure if there was previous water damage. There appeared to be a yellow stain on the wall coming from the room above, so possibly previous leak that was repaired. Other than that it was okay. Lastly the fact that the pool opens early, we were unable to sleep since some people and their kids were noisy while swimming so early.

Will def be staying here when i visit family again. very nice hotel

The hotel was clean, but the staff were not well trained. I asked several questions and later found out that I got the wrong answer. I was promised a crib for my baby and then told that they gave them all out. They did end up finding a crib for me and giving me a breakfast voucher as an apology, but this type of mistakes was constant during whole stay. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing.

Upon arriving parking lot was full. I find that a good thing. We were welcomed by the front desk receptionist he was friendly, patient and kind. Also a perfect place the first floor. We came from out of town to attend a Dodger game. As I walked in I noticed all the upgrades and renovations that were done to the walk in lounge. Nice. The next morning 630am we went out to grab breakfast, the kitchen didn’t have wheat bread nor offered oatmeal for breakfast come on Hilton you can do better. Anyway we ordered some sourdough which was a good substitute. Thank you. Con: not against hotel but we were sleeping and were awakened by loud music which was annoying we are on vacation and wanted to sleep in after our lovely dodger game events. Con: restrooms no longer have the fan vent not a good a bathroom needs one, bar doesn’t open until 5p. Why? We loved & appreciate the microwave & fridge total plus. Thank you. Upon entering the lobby had a nice smell to it and when we walked into our room a smell of clean and calm. So good. Thank you. My roommate loved the TV size and options of shows. The golf course is gorgeous. One coffee bag defective (missing stir straw) not hotel fault. Contact your company let them know. Hilton pays for a service. We noticed sheets with stains kind of gross. We love the color scheme used green and white so pretty. I read this Hilton hotel is pet friendly. Next time we come to California we will be bringing our fur babies. Thank You Hilton.

I like staying there because it's not far from our family and its clean & safe, this is the 3rd time we have stayed there.

Super nice staff, breakfast was fresh, surrounding area was beautiful, pool hours were great, on site laundry was an added convenience. Traveled with little kids, would stay here again.

Our overall experience was good. The hotel surrounding grounds are beautiful. The staff at the front desk was great. The only issue we had, was right before we left. Check out time is at noon, when we woke up, we gathered most of our things and decided to go get breakfast for the kids. While we were gone, housekeeping came in, cleaned our room and packed the rest of our things for us and turned them in like we forgot them (we returned by 9:15am). It was more of a hassle than anything.
