Hilton Los Angeles/San Gabriel

Such a nice quiet town in San Gabriel California. My kids and I loved it. Especially my teenagers. The pool was great! We loved everything about our stay.

A lot of good restaurants around. We lost a kid book and we’re wondering it was left there. After calling the hotel, they quickly checked the staff and found it. Very happy about it!

Check in was easy and very quick. Staff was very friendly , mattress and pillars very comfortable. We used to stay in nearby Sheraton , but this time Hilton services is lot better than Sheraton and is cheaper. Next time will choose Hilton when visit family in San Gabriel

We stayed 3 nights for a family trip and enjoyed the hotel. Its clean and the location is very convenient.

I like to stay at Hilton Hotel when I come to LA. But this time I am very disappointed. When we checked into our first room, the floor was super dirty with a bunch of little white flecks/specks covering the floor. After letting the front desk know, they gave us a different room, and that one was a bit better, but the floor was still stained and dirty, and the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever. We had a small child with us and we made sure to keep her shoes on whenever she walked on the floor.

Have stayed at this hotel several times over the years since it opened. Noticed this time it definitely has gone downhill. Lobby and common areas were fine, and staff was pleasant, but the room conditions were subpar. Bathroom door was warped and did not properly shut, and if you pulled it firmly shut, it would stick and be very difficult to open (which could be a safety issue for a child or cognitively impaired person.) Bathroom fan was loud and the tub didn’t drain well. Room refrigerator was not working/cold. Think I’ll skip this place next time.

My family stayed there one night on our way home, staff are friendly and helpful, and very convenient for restaurants and other shops. The only problem is the water is not hot just warm in our two rooms.

My experience here was absolutely horrible. When I checked in to the room on the first night, i noticed that the towels had huge stains on them. I was so disgusted by it, i'm guessing that they didn't change out the towels. I had called the front desk to let them know that the bathroom had dirty towels so they offered to change my room. Once I switched over to a different room, i thought it would be ok. I checked the bathroom and there was a whole pile of dirty towels in the bathroom. I was like are you kidding me? They cleaned the room but left a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom sink. I couldn't believe it. It was beyond gross. I called the front desk again and reported to them what i saw so they offered to switch my room AGAIN. Once i switched to the new room i thought things would be better. But then I needed to use a tissue so i grabbed one and noticed that it was wet. I was confused so i checked the tissue box and it was soaking wet. Did the room service staff not change out? It was disgusting. Ive never experienced anything like this in my life where i had to change my room 3 times because of poor room service and staff management. It was my first time here and i will definitely NOT be coming back. Absolutely terrible.
