GreenTree Inn & Suites Alhambra

I like this hotel. There are little things that keep me from giving it 5 stars in all categories. This is hotel is close to my daughter's home so it's a great place for me to stay when I visit her and her family. The front desk is friendly. It has a good parking lot, and an elevator which is good for my husband who has mobility issues. My negatives aren't bad. I stay for two nights in a row. Both times I have stayed here, my coffee maker hasn't been cleaned for the second night (the used filter is still in the holder), plus a fresh caffeinated coffee packet hasn't been replaced. I had to ask the front desk for a replacement each night. Plus, after the first night of my second stay, they took the floor towel mat and didn't replace it. So I had to use my bath towel for drying and for the floor. These aren't big problems, but they should have stocked the room properly since I was paying full price for my second night.

very clean property very polite workers. I was very impressed with my stay. Actually I rate this property at 10 out of 10, they go above and beyond for their guest. I traveled out of state for a company party, and I must say I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to any family or friends.

Stayed for three nights for a conference in Pasadena. OK, but a little loud with neighboring rooms filled with little children.

I went on a day getaway. Everything was ok but I felt the room could have been a little cleaner. The chair was filthy. It definitely needs to be steam cleaned. The neighbors “RAUL” and his family were a nightmare. They were inconsiderate, and very loud and rude. Once they woke us up I ended up calling the front desk due to their loudness. The breakfast area was way too busy to grab anything to eat-It was literally over capacity so I grabbed a few chocolate milks and headed out.

I chose this hotel to be near family. I stayed here a few years ago based on good reviews. The hotel is clean, always saw staff cleaning the lobby and other areas. They provide free bottled water and snacks in the room. Free breakfast with hot food and pastries. The lady who replenishes the breakfast always said good morning. There is a small pool, washing machines and free parking. The only negative is the lack of parking spaces. It is very limited, I was told to park next door at Walgreens. I always came back early just to get a parking space. Hopefully they will sort out the parking situation. Other than that I had a nice stay.

Not quite what we expected, room smelled musty/mildew-ish. Bathroom had mildew/mold. Carpet was dirty, toddler’s feet were black after walking around. Probably would look into a different hotel next time I’m in the area

It was an amazing experience. Breakfast is included and there is a microwave in case you bring your own food to heat up. Plus an ice machine and refrigerator to keep things chill. Nights were peaceful, child’s play for a restful night

Nice place to stay with family. Amenities and free breakfast a plus. Friendly staff. My only problem was with the parking space when arrived late at night.

There are mosquitoes in our room that we ended up staying late to catch them because kids are not comfortable.

This is my second stay, this time i invited three other families to stay here with us, we all enjoyed the service, cleanliness,comfort, and service is always friendly with a smile 😃 😊, i truely recommend Green tree Hotel Alhambra California, we traveled from Stockton Ca, and we will continue to use this location Hotel
