Beautiful Hotel and room. Limited on site dining options for family during week as Terrace restaurant only open for breakfast. Had wonderful dinners at President Thai and at Gales.

Beautiful property for our family of 3. We were headed to Disneyland and Universal but wanted a nice hotel to land at night. The Langham exceeded our expectations. The drive to Disney was about 35-40 minutes (even with traffic).

Great hotel, my family loved the stay here and the staff was great. Highly recommend.

The kids facilities were great. The only thing I didn't like was the shampoo that made both my hair & my little one so hard that we had a hard time combing our hair even. Also the buffet they had for breakfast didn't have a pancake nore cereal.

Beautiful historic hotel in Pasadena. Valet staff were wonderful but hotel staff seemed short-staffed, whenever we called they put us on hold for an inordinately long time. Housekeeping staff is spotty - they would forget to refresh our toiletries or not leave enough towels a couple times during our 1 week + stay. Otherwise, lovely and liked their extra touches for kids such as hotel scavenger hunt.

The best in service, cleanliness and comfort. This is our go-to place whenever we visit family in the area.

This is an iconic property, I’ve been fortunate to attend events over the years as a Pasadenian. Won the Rotarian Service Award at the beautiful location when it was still the Huntington Hotel. This stay was out of necessity due to a family hospital emergency. I wanted a safe place for my Mom and her friend to stay and its a gorgeous serene space. The service impeccable from the greeter before parking through the front desk experience. As a hotel designer and frequent guest I found the lack of amenities in the room surprising for a rate above $600US for the night. Two bottles of water on the entry table, and that was it, mini bar and snack area were barren. No hotel info book available and these ladies not especially tech savvy couldn’t appreciate what other amenities or services were available. The room had a pleasant view, crisp linens and was very clean it was very warm when entering. Understanding the historical value and status of the property without changing the aesthetic there are measures that can be taken to enhance the guest experience. Ownership gets to not rest on past laurels and add to the rich history by also bring relevant yo the traveler of today.

Great stay! This is at least our 3rd time! Will do so again when we are visiting our adult kids!

We came to celebrate Christmas with our relatives and our 31years anniversary. We mostly stayed during the day with family, but enjoyed the comfort room and quietnes of the evening in the hotel. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Will stay again for sure.

Facility was nice, amenities (shampoo/conditioner, lotion) was ok, other amenities (hotel pen, sewing kit, loofa) was excellent (was able to fix a button)...I prefer parking my own vehicle in the lot but valet was fine, swimming pool was warm n nice, bed turn down service was unnecessary/prefer more privacy...people being allowed to smoke on pool deck is not so nice especially when people n kids are trying to swim , overall, hotel was nice
